I have ordered from this McDonalds several times. The drive through has taken up to 40 minutes to get through. The fried chicken is often cooked poorly in such a manner that the end product is near mushy and greasy (chicken tenders and mcrispy). I am lactose restricted. If I order something like a burger with no cheese, 50% of the time I will receive it with cheese. Terrible overall.

I love being ripped off by multi-billion dollar companies, the first time I ordered offline they took my order and the money then when it was supposed to be delivered I get a message my order was picked up then I get another message saying it was canceled I tried calling it goes to voicemail and can't leave a message because the mailbox is full wow im shocked but the money was taking. I will NEVER use the app again or go to this branch ever again.

I waited for 30 mins for my order and it was completely wrong. They added lettuce when I ask for none because I can't have it and there's no cheese on my Big Mac. This is ridiculous on so many levels. They don't follow the instructions and I get penalized for it. Can't eat the food that has lettuce and I can't go back because my ride has gone home and I wouldn't want to wait another 30 mins or longer for this. I'm not happy and I feel like y'all don't care. I pay money and I get my order all wrong and it's sad

This McDonalds is disgusting. The staff smokes right near the drive through window, where you have to open your window. And they dont refill the toilet paper holder, at least in the mens' room. No care for the customer at all. Too busy catering to homeless vagrants who hang out there to keep warm.

The manager bent over backwards to help me celebrate our ASD little's day today! Doordash made a very big mistake and wouldn't own it. She made it right bringing it out on her own time! Thanks so much!

This is outrageous my meal was doused in salt . My fries were with my nuggets in the nuggets packaging. The nuggets are way over cooked im also sweatinf from the food IS MCDONALD'S TRYING TO KILL ME!!!

Waited 30 minutes at curbside for a happy meal. Finally called and they told me the lobby is closed so I needed to get in the drive thru line. It was wrapped around the building! I just left. Luckily I was using points and didn’t pay for the order.

Well for 26$ for two meals I would much rather have a clean table and a server and tip someone 5-10$ and get something decent fast food used to be cheap but not any more they did have several cheap options 😕 but I wanted the signature Big Mack and either it's changed or my memory of it was from so long ago I was so disappointed the staff there was really nice the place a wreck and the bathroom I am scared I caught some by entering and breathing the air. I will try the 5 dollar bag next time and if it's awful then I won't feel so bad as I did for paying 13.99 for my #3 or what ever # it was McDonald's is to much an icon to change but it shouldn't be cheaper to go to a sit down diner than a fast food joint

Ordered pick up, waited 20 minutes outside the building after checking in in my parking spot to have nobody come out so then I actually had to go into drive-thru and wait another 10 minutes while somebody got my food food wasn't even hot anymore did report them to corporate,
Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese McGriddles and had to wait 25 minutes for my food. Someone who ordered 37 dollars worth of food got theirs before mine. Absolutely ridiculous.
