Ordered 40 dollars worth of breakfast this morning and everything was gross. The hotcakes were hard as a rock and microwaved for so long I couldn't cut them. Completely inedible. For the price it feels like robery. I won't be making the mistake again.

I’d give you 0 stars if I could!! Live in Adams but grabbed McDonalds in north Adams on my way home. Ordered a 20 piece and then a $5 meal deal. The meal deal is a double cheeseburger, 4 piece, small fry and small drink. You didn’t give me my 4 piece OR my burger!! Fries were barely warm!! Not to mention had to wait in line at the window for 10 mins for not even a completed order!! Your workers were standing around talking, maybe if you paid attention instead of standing around talking, maybe my order would have been correct!! Yall make TOO MANY MISTAKES TOO OFTEN !! I get here and there but every single time I come there’s something wrong with my order and I’m about fed up!!!

I ordered a fried chicken sandwich ONLY, and the waitress asked and to drink with that? Then I see on the screen it shows SPICY. So when I get to the window I told her, and she said she'd make another. The sandwich i received was so dark and flat and dried out, that I coukd not eat it. So bad!

I would not recommend this place. Do not ever pull over to the side and let bring out the food. The 3 times I have gone twice they left food out of the bag and another time I had to drive back around to tell them I was still waiting after 20 minutes of watching them laugh and giggle behind the counter.
