We drove more than 3 hours to this small town north Adams..it’s raining outside, and we easily found this restaurant, the food was amazing, especially the shrimp with lobster sauce..and my daughter like the chicken on the stick very much. There was one waitress, she was very busy ,a kind and gentle lady..we will come here again next spring..

"We don't have plates." This was actually said to us by the server.

The atmosphere was weird. No music, awkwardly silent. The restaurant was literally empty the entire time we dined (Sunday, 6:30pm) and only two customers came in for takeout. The food was fine, though not exciting. (We ordered soup, vegetable dumplings, spring rolls, mu shu chicken and vegetable udon.)

Bathroom cleanliness was not good. Makes you wonder about food safety. Takeout is probably a reasonable choice, but strongly recommend against dining in.

Ordered over $50 in food to be delivered and was charged $6 for delivery and the chicken tenders were hard and they didn't give any sauces like sweet and sour and no fortune cookies. It's a shame because I have ordered a lot over the last few years and I am extremely disappointed that after paying $63+ total with delivery fees and food and tip, that I have food that is tough and old tasting and can't even get a fortune cookie. I will take my business elsewhere.

My beau and I love Chinese , Cantonese food . Decided to try pan Asian on main street in north Adams. We ordered sweet n sour chicken , house fried rice and egg rolls. I've been in food business my ENTIRE life and may I say , the facility was filthy and the food was disgusting. Old and grey cabbage in egg rolls, chicken was old , dry and overcooked BEYOND and rice was a grave disappointment NO GLAViat all 2 shrimp in ENTIRE container. I will NEVER eat here again .

This was a very surprising dining experience for me. The restaurant was very quiet and all the guests were quiet. Unlike other chaotic Chinese restaurants, the environment here was very good. The waitress is not good at English, but she is very warm and Oriental. Especially the food, really let us surprise, large portions, good taste, low price, high cost performance. Their honey chicken is absolutely delicious. We'll drive again

Wow. Two days after the incident and I am still reeling from the experience of having attempted to eat here. I feel obligated to write this as a public service to anyone who may be thinking of visiting this place. In short, don't. It was awful, absolutely disgusting. That's all you really need to know. The vibe was maybe what you'd expect on a Sunday afternoon In North Adams--empty, quiet, with a hint of dingy. Which was actually fine, because I have eaten at places with that vibe that were really good restaurants. The waitress was kind of adorable, but had very, very weak English, which is fine, but don't try to communicate with her or complain about anything.

We ordered the Scallion pancakes, Moo Shu chicken, Chicken with ginger and green beans, and the salmon entrée. The scallion pancakes were EXTERMELY oily and tasted burned--like they had been fried at too low a temp and had not filtered the oil in a long, long time. Do they use this oil as an ash tray? That wouldn't surprise me. When the Ginger chicken came out I knew instantly that it was going to be bad, because the beans were a dark green/brown color. They were cold-to-lukewarm, and their flavor (if you can call it that) had an edge of burnt bitterness that was deeply disturbing and bloomed in your mouth after swallowing. My Moo Shu chicken looked...wrong--it was colorless, gooey--slimy, almost--and tasted like it was many days old. The alleged chicken in it had a texture difficult to describe--like kneaded eraser, maybe? The dish overall had no life, structure, color--nothing suggesting that "this is food" at all. The pancakes they gave me to wrap it in were obviously microwaved, and were impossible to peel apart from one another, and hardened to a sort of "bread leather" within minutes. Yum. Both aforementioned dishes were presented as large, glistening lumps of drabness that looked entirely unappetizing. It was hard to convince ourselves that we should at least try them.

The salmon was the only dish that looked palatable--the veg had color, as did the fish. I did not taste that, though, reportedly it was "ok." However the miso soup that came with it was a complete fail. It looked like mud, or gravy, and the tofu had obviously been previously frozen (if you have frozen and thawed tofu, you know the look and texture of it, and I have.) How does a Chinese restaurant mess up miso soup? It's a staple, ferchrissakes!

Look, TL;DR or whatever, but I just want you to know that I had nothing against these folks going into this--we just wanted a decent meal after an afternoon spent at Mass MoCA. But these meals were objectively and categorially awful. We were given SO MUCH FOOD, ate 10 obligatory bites and left them with at least 2 pounds each to throw away, because there was no way in hell we were going to cart that garbage home with us and ruin our compost with it. We also left them with 60 dollars that I wish I still had. I am eternally grateful that none of us got sick, which I fully expected. Please, please, I beg you--do not eat here. I am not being dramatic when I say they should probably be shut down, or at least investigated.

Very quiet pleasant atmosphere. Food was very good & reasonably priced. They have 1 poor waitress running around getting table orders and take out orders. They need more help with servers.

Ordered yellow curry. Came with rice and almost all onions and green peppers. Ordered chow mein. It came with rice and way too many onion and green peppers. Mein literally means noodles. They refused to take it back. "No! That is how it is made! $15 down the drain. Lady got pissed and rude.

What I thought was going to be a quick on the way home from work dinner was the complete opposite. I placed the order online and waited for the estimated pick up time. I go in and she cannot find my order.. I am showing her the order number and the receipt of them taking the money off of my debit card. She just keeps stating she can’t find it.. and then she goes onto another computer and finds it. Tells me to come back in 20 minutes to pick up. Needless to say I sat there for another almost hour before receiving my order. What makes matters even worse is that I wouldn’t even feed this food to my dog. Everything was extremely over cooked except the crab rangoons which were actually under cooked. The California rolls tasted like plain white rice, NO FLAVOR. Everything just had a horrible taste, the meat was not good. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and I am not even sure how they are still in business to be honest.

I pick up door dashes here often, I’m used to having to wait a decent amount of time for them… but today the customer service was worse than it’s ever been. This man had me sitting for 20min while he finished his lunch. Right in front of me might I add. Before he proceeded to even start the order I was here for. Not to mention the one time I got food here the rice was hard, the crabrangoons were all bread no crab and again the customer service needs to be handled cause I have never in my life been told 5min to wait 20+ min while someone finished there food before helping a customer
