We came to town for a hockey tournament and honestly I cannot say enough good things!! I would travel back to N. Adams just to visit Ramunto’s!! Extremely helpful and great food!!! I would give 10 stars if I could.

When you open the box it LOOKS like delicious NY style pizza, but it’s almost pizza. Like that SNL skit? This is the Almost Pizza. Looks and smells the part, but they are afraid of seasoning in that kitchen. It was perfectly serviceable pizza - it wasn’t BAD but it was definitely not good. The garlic knot breadsticks were 10x better than the actual pizza. Delivery was also early which is a plus. Online ordering was also easy.They’re a good option if you need delivery, but no other pizza place will deliver.

That was the worst pizza I have every had. I ordered "the works" and got just cheese. They were going to make another one, but this one was so gross, that it was a no, on the second pizza. Very strange interaction on the phone with the young girl who answered the phone. She disappeared without saying "hold on" or anything. She came back to explain that "the works" came with cheese...lol!!! Right, but it also comes with the works on it lol!!! Oh well, never again. $35.00 wasted

Today is National Pi day, and I treated my family to Ramuntos after my niece had it at a friend's house and raved about it. I did pick it up and drive it back to Cheshire, so I feel like my experience was off as we had to reheat the pizza after the drive. Next time, I'll eat in and have a better opinion because basically I think it's just ok. They do have a few tables outside and I really liked that. They also have a bar inside. Staff was friendly. On street parking.

We came in out of the rain. Sat us right away. Brought us water immediately. Ordered sweet potato fries and the portion was huge. I ordered the veggie wrap and she ordered a steak and cheese pizza. Again the portions were huge. Staff was great at helping us out. Ambiance will remind you of a local pizza restaurant. Real people, eating real food. Have fun!!
It has taken a long time to process our horrible experience at this restaurant and write this review. The incident happened August 2023 when a bartender absolutely refused to wait on my friend and colleague. The bartender, white female and my colleague African American man. We were in residence as Art educators at MassMoca. The owners sister called me after the incident saying the bartender would be taken off her shifts and the staff would do some kind of sensitivity training as my complaint was not the first. We spoke for about 45 minutes. It all seemed very sincere and caring. She told me she was an educator and really got it. The staff made many excuses that night: oh this bartender is moody, she is like this with everyone etc etc. After feeling so confident this person and restaurant really cared I waited to hear about next steps. Then she ghosted me. Then an owner texted a couple months later after I checked in to hear about progress. I let him know what exactly took place then he ghosted me. The review: it took 25 minutes to get two beers. The bartender waited on people all around us and then began to clean dishes instead of waiting on us. Customers noticed! Other workers noticed! Our sad slices had been ready for ages. The slices were not good. We finally got two beers and took them outside. Someone saying they were the night manager (they weren't) came with a notebook to scribe our experience saying how seriously they take situations like this. They don't! I'm sad they never got back to me. This a community where all should feel welcome! And if that bartender is still there deciding who she is in the mood to wait on! Well. That's awful. If the owners get back to me I will take this review down. If they say they did what they promised to help cultivate a more positive work environment I would be so happy about that growth.

A friend of ours wanted to have lunch here, and I am on keto, so I wasn't able to eat any pizza or subs. I decided to have some sides, and chose the meatballs and half cobb salad. The meatballs arrived cold. Not even room temp, but cold to the touch. I normally don't send food back, but meatballs and sauce are much better hot. The waitress said she'd have the kitchen remake them rather than warm them up, which I appreciated. They came back looking pretty hot, with steam coming off the top. The sauce was hot, meatballs themselves were warm. Since they weren't cold in the middle, that was fine. The meatballs and sauce had good flavor. The cobb salad was pretty awful. The chicken was drier than a bone, and some pieces were so hard that I didn't eat them at all. The bacon was congealed into balls, and super cold. (I think maybe they undercooked it, chopped it, and then it all clumped together in the fridge)? Veggies seemed fine, nothing to note but the chicken and the bacon were the "treats" in the salad I was most looking forward to and they stunk. My husband and our friends seemed to like their pizza, but no one was blown away. If I am back in the area again, I'd try a different place.
