My favorite hidden gem in North Adams. A must visit for anyone in the area.

Friends took us here and the food was delicious. The sound out was the burrata poutine. The tajin on the fries (not the poutine) was such a little flavor sparkle explosion I’ll be stealing that trick for my own cooking.

Honestly, this is the best restaurant in Dub-town. Better value than Mezze, better grub than anything on Spring Street. Don't think of the menu as 'small', but as 'focused.' The staff is engaged, the cocktails are interesting and good, and the music is not too damn loud. (But there is enough sonic character that you don't hear your neighbors'conversation.) No TVs with Sportscenter, No tacky signage featuring 60s clipart and a witty take.

Very nice atmosphere and great for cocktails. Foods were not. We couldn’t finish the main dishes even though we were hungry. Too salty and oily. Unbalanced. Too much cheese. Appetizer was good. Overall, not worth the price.

My daughter and I stayed for a weekend while visiting family. I grew up in North Adams and have driven by this hotel many times while visiting but didn’t know what to expect. We both loved it! The Good: -comfortable room with neat little amenities (out door shower, window nook with mattress where my 7 year old slept). -thoughtfully designed space: roomy, well appointed (loved the historic postcards!) -convenient location: right between Williamstown and North Adams -good food and drink at the lodge -neat little gift store/area What could be improved: -it’s a motel set up which meant that we didn’t need to deal with noise from upstairs neighbors but you could hear folks walking past. Easily managed with ear plugs -the lodge is great but a little dark Overall I highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay. This was more than I wanted to spend but splurged since we needed a place that accommodated our dogs and I could enjoy the day onsite by myself while my husband would have the car out all day. The dogs and I enjoyed the many trails there (there’s a nice river behind the property dogs could cool off in). And a very helpful map and guidebook was provided for the grounds and surrounding area. Also the pool was lovely but I didn’t know you needed to reserve a lounge-but that worked itself out. The staff was amazing—very attentive and the system they used of texting requests was so convenient. We had breakfast and snacks on-site which was convenient. It’s also across the street from a pretty decent restaurant (Trail House) and also large grocery store and a nail salon. The design was gorgeous kind of modern meets rustic.

This is the second time visiting Tourists and we had a really lovely stay. We did have to call beforehand and speak to the manager, who was absolutely gracious, to waive the three-night minimum; we stayed for just two nights. The design here is absolutely impeccable -- incredible public spaces and gorgeous rooms, you can tell there is attention to detail, from the radio station in-room to the tucked in outdoor showers to the local to-do guides. The property itself and the walking trails were a true highlight. The food and drink prices sway from extremely high to completely reasonable. We ate at the Airport Rooms and had two wonderful dishes, and a huge miss with the arancini. Our biggest qualm was that the hotel was hosting loads and loads of kids, which was a bit unexpected from our end. There was a bloody nose in the pool and a particular amount of noise. The noise level in the rooms feel as if you are with your neighbors and we were unfortunately woken at six am to a crying baby who didn't stop until we left, at 8:30 am. We were able to hear the father yell at his kids while we were trying to relax on the patio and overall the dynamics of the guests really put a damper on the stay. We hope to return and maybe place a note with the staff to be situated away from families. To end on that note, all staff was more than accommodating and truly made us feel like no request was too small. Thank you Tourists and hope to return soon!

The beauty of the outdoors is what gave this two stars instead of one. If you want to eat inside a mold invested, dirty, over priced, tourist trap eat here. The service was very slow and disorganized. The plates and glasses dirty. The staff immediately saw that it wasn’t clean but didn’t come out with replacements. Our group of 8 ended up sharing glasses for water and plates. Finally we went inside to towns the kitchen to ask for our own. We all ordered one alcoholic drinks and a few appetizers. They were nice but definitely not worth the price. The seriously believe went over to Stop & Shop across the street, bought a tin of tuna, opened it and charged $22. Rediculous. The service was fair but curt. They were Kind but kind in the way that they really wish patrons didn’t show up in the first place. We all went home after spending over $50 per Person and needed to cook dinner after going out for food. NOT WORTH it except for the company of friends that wanted to go out for a good experience.

Great hotel with excellent ambiance and a cool vibe. Very comfortable rooms, with an outdoor shower on the back deck! Not as good a location as the Williams Inn as it's a 5 minute drive to Williams College, but better rooms and surrounded by nature. Highly recommend.

Writing this from the emergency room because they fed my daughter nuts after telling us three times that the dish she was eating had no nuts. This is very serious—they need to get their act together.

A great space, but I’m giving a low rating because there is very little effort made for accommodating diners who choose to not consume animal products (one off-menu pasta dish doesn’t really cut it for a restaurant like this in 2023, in my humble opinion). More vegan options please!Vegetarian options: Very few vegetarian options. Only one pasta dish that can be made vegan if requested.

We loved this funky hotel, with it's retro/minimalistic/scandanavian/organic design. Our room was spacious and the bed was amazing. The window nook, glass door, & patio off of the room connects you to the surrounding nature. We enjoyed drinks in the lounge and outdoor patio, and hiked the trail behind the hotel. We did feel the bathroom could have used some additional lighting and a mirror outside of the bathroom would have been helpful while getting ready, but we also appreciate the intentional simplistic vibe that the hotel is going for. Overall we had an awesome experience. We would highly recommend it to others and will definitely return! *Be sure to eat at the Airport Rooms restaurant next door. Another unique experience with fantastic food!

Such a terrific dining experience! The food was fantastic, the ambiance is so unique, interesting and cozy and the staff are friendly, attentive and informative (about the menu and creating delicious cocktails).Highly recommend the salads (we enjoyed both the squash salad and the wedge salad) the burger and the brownie. The fries were exceptional - wonderfully seasoned with tajin. Highly recommend!
