A little gem well worth the stop! Great local ingredients and complexity in the cocktails. It’s safe to say you will not experience these flavors anywhere else. Five n/a cocktail options for non imbibers and/or your designated driver. Highly recommended.
Wonderful afternoon at the distillery. Planned on stopping in for a quick drink and stayed for awhile chatting with Daniel. He is very passionate and knowledgeable about their spirits. We had several of the cocktails which were unique and tasty. We ended up purchasing bottles of their spirits to try and recreate those cocktails at home. Between the relaxed environment and Daniel’s hospitality, it made for a memorable afternoon! Would highly recommend when you are in the area!
Its hard to write this review because I'm not sure if we appreciated the cocktails or owner more! My husband and I found ourselves with a broken down car in North Adams and just happened to roll the car into the parking lot of the Greylock Works building. After calling AAA we were stuck waiting and ended up wandering into the beautiful renovated mill. Grateful that the building was open to the public and had clean bathrooms, you can imagine our delight to find a distillery...
