I love the Richmond Grille..and I wish they would reopen. I used to eat at the Richmond every couple of weeks. I loved ALL of their meals..but especially enjoyed their steaks & chicken. YUMMY!! PLEASE COME BACK!! WE MISS YOU!!
Very nice breakfast
Great breakfast! Fantastic service
The steak was delicious and the lobster bisque delicious recommended shrimp scampi risotto was also good
It’s unfortunate that the service was absolutely awful, my order was placed “to go” the food was decent- well what I was served- however I just paid 37$ for a prime rib that on the menu comes with au jus, mashed potatoes and corn on the cob, however unfortunately they were out of 2 of the 3 things that come on the menu - but the kicker is they did not mention this when I ordered, so I picked up my food- went on my way only to open it to find that I received 1 out of the 3 sides listed on the menu- no substitution offered or even mentioned when I ordered and picked up the 37$ 6ounce prime rib which was received with mashed potatoes...
I found a gift certificate that I had misplaced and they honored it after years...our waitress was so lovely and professional .... my old fashioned whiskey sour in honor of my dad was really good. Our soup de jour was a creamy turnip soup that was outstanding! The warm bread hit the spot on a wet and gloomy night. Nice atmosphere....Our chicken entrees were really good and a good value ... looking forward to visiting the Grill again soon.
Great service good food
Not much to say other than an incredibly rude kitchen manager, dissapointed by the food, and theres a chunk of money I'll never get back.
Terribly outdated menu, unclean silverware and dishes, incredibly rude and standoffish head chef or whatever he is, for mediocre food it's not worth the price, your better off with going to public to be honest.
Had breakfast here 4 mornings while staying at Holiday Inn for Solid Sound at Mass Moca. Breakfast was included with room. Found breakfast to be very good each morning. Pleasant attentive staff. Weekends were a buffet and menu items on the weekdays. Did not try dinner here. ere

Thank goodness the food was good, because the service was terrible. I think the waitresses might have been cooking as well. One table that was seated before us ate after us, I’d have been upset if this was us. It took about 45 minutes to be served. All of our food was great though. Not sure it was worth the wait.
I visited this restaurant as my Saturday night out, after realizing that Mengs didn’t have cheesecake. The music was a nice mix and quiet enough for chitchat. I had the caramel cheesecake, and it was very good. The service was very good, and it was overall a great experience.
Delicious food. Big variety of dishes. Super clean establishment.
I visited this restaurant with my friend Brittany on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The music was a nice mix and quiet enough for chitchat. I had the citrus grilled salmon, and it was very good, and then I had the pumpkin cheesecake, and it was also very good. The service was very good, and it was overall a great experience.
Good food, good service
