I ordered from their website to have food delivered. The food never came to my house. Apparently it is through a third-party DoorDash, which is not stated on the website when ordering for delivery. I had to call DoorDash to refund my order. The manager was kind enough to comp my order, but the only way I could’ve had it redelivered is I would’ve had to pay for it again and re-order it which was not going to work for me. We ended up getting pizzas because of the hassle. The website is also very difficult to navigate.

Where do I begin.I ordered a cauliflower appetizer, and most of it was BURNT. I could barely eat them! When I asked for crackers and cheese, I wasn’t made aware that it was 2.50!When I received my actual meal, my burger had tasted like charcoal, and my rice was HARD. My table was sticky too.Very disappointed.

Have not been to NAndover 99 in a long time, decided to try it for lunch. Stood waiting for a hostess to be seated for 10 minutes. No one around. When the hostess finally showed up, she took a phone call and then went to the bar to ask two people if they wanted a table before she waited on us. She was not friendly or welcoming at all. Finally, she sat us next to a filthy table, littered with food on it and underneath it. And there were many other table like this. My husband and I left after sitting there for another 10 minutes with no one waiting on us. Did not want to sit and look at a mess and also get poor service.

Most recent takeout experience left something to be desired. The hostess or whoever was in charge of curbside ignored me for 10min and the food sat at the counter getting cold. I had to go inside and ask the girl texting on her phone for my curbside meal.

99 in North Andover is the one we come to. For starters, the food and service is better than the one in Middleton. We enjoy their cocktails and apps like the tater tots, wings, and skins. Of course, you can't beat the bowls of popcorn while waiting for your food to come out.Dietary restrictions: They indicate the calorie counts and inform you which items are gluten free.Parking: You can always find a spot; the parking lot is spacious.

The manager was awful. She had a poor attitude and was rude. I subbed a bacon Mac and cheese for fries on a honey bbq wrap and she was so rude in fixing the bill. It was literally disgusting. I will never come here again. I was a server all throughout college and never have I met someone so bad at customer service. I am horrified and disappointed that this is who they choose as the person to run their restaurant.

What I would have expected from a 99 restaurant except the posted hours are incorrect. We went there with the understanding that they were open until online posted time of 9:30 but were given the bum's rush at 9:00 PM as I was finishing my meal and glass of wine. Next time I will go somewhere

This was a very nice place to go, the food was pretty good. I got a burger, and they made it just right. Before local baseball teams and what not.Parking: There was plenty of parking. It is a strip mall so more than enough parking handy.

99 seems to be going down the restaurant was dirty, THe burger looked half the size I got.a order of boneless wings and potato skins it came with 3 small skins !

This pace has been on a downward spiral. Gives me a Friendly's feel. Food really isn't great either in quality or prep. It's dirty, dingy. I dont evn want to bring my kids here. Took me forever to settle on a spice chicken sandwich, we had two at our table. Bother were burnt. We had mashed potatoes which my daughter didn't even eat. What is the 99 doing?
