Poor hygiene. Dirty floor and tables. The food, a chicken sandwich instead of hot the meat was cold. The place had a bad smell. The young man working in food preparation did not change his gloves frequently and even more aggravatingly, he touched and scratched his nose with the same gloves with which he prepared and touched the food. How can I get a refund?

Had an unpleasant visit to this location today, the place was clean and the staff polite, the food on the other hand wasn’t that good. The vanilla milkshake tasted way more like milk than vanilla, the burger patty was really good but the bacon was cold. I’ve asked the person who made the milkshake if that’s how it usually tastes and the answer was yes so well, not coming back so soon

Waited an eternity for a California burger, tofu bowl and Parmesan truffle fries. The fry portion was minuscule, with little cheese and no truffle flavor. The fries were also cold. Food delivery services are a clear priority, as opposed to dine-in customers. Avoid at all cost.
The acai bowls are absolutely delicious! The juice they sell from the machines is also delicious. The food was ready in a decent amount of time. It was really quiet there. My only complaint is that the chairs aren't very comfortable.

Took an hour to get fries and a milk shake. They forgot about our order and made countless orders before ours of people who ordered after us. They didn't start our order until we went up and asked how much longer it was going to be, even then they still made others orders before ours. They weren't busy with dine in orders when we arrived but we still waited for them to take our order. Kitchen was extremely unorganized and honestly ruined my appetite. My "truffle fries" were cold when we got them. If you want fast service order online because that's what they seem to prioritize. Overall 1/10 experience.
