If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a grilled chicken salad for my wife and a roast beef for myself. It was fried chicken when we got back to work to eat. She couldn’t eat it as she’s allergic to the oils used in most places for frying food. We told them that on the phone too. The old woman who answered was extremely rude too. The worst thing was my roast beef with just mayo and cheese that I added to my order 9 minutes before arrival. The bottom bun was SOAKED IN BLOOD. It disintegrated in my hand when I tried to bite into it. My hand was covered in blood. I called and the “manager” told me he put grilled chicken on my salad and that I was wrong even after offering to send him a picture of it. He then told me that he wouldn’t refund the sandwich either way because it was MY FAULT that the bun was soaked. Because it took me 9 minutes to get there and open it. He said it was the middle of the roast beef not the ends so it was extra rare and I should have eaten it faster. Are you kidding dude? You just lost a whole medical building that orders daily from you. Good job. SIDE NOTE: THE JUNIOR BEEF WAS $14! Roast beef and a salad, $40! What a joke. There prices are too high, they close all the time for no reason and have a horrible phone demeanor anyway. Good riddance.

We have tried to eat here 3 separate times but they were closed (whole town lost electricity due to storms) we finally made the trek out again and super glad we did! We live is Salem and the north shore beef is a real thing! We have been to all of the top ones and Bella’s KILLS IT in every way!

My order was ready in 5-10 mins. Absolutely delicious. And messy. You'll need a roll of paper towels and a shower after you eat their roast beef, but the vast amount of sauce they add makes it hard to put down and will excite your taste buds to the max. The roast beef itself was more on the medium rare side and was very good and juicy. It's definitely one of the best roast beef spots I've tried. Unfortunately, I wasn't very impressed with their curly fries or onion rings. The curly fries were kind of soggy/chewy. The onion rings were basic. Overall, you have to try a roast beef sandwich from this little gem.
