Bertucci's Reviews
Food was beyond horrible. We were party of 4 adults, not one meal was what we once knew as Bertucci’s quality. The establishment is rundown, paint has worn thin, traffic has worn floor finish off, no decor to enhance the atmosphere. The following is what we ordered. Finally chicken parm tasteless, pasta was obviously...read full review
Great service. Diane was our waitress. She was great!!
My wife and I brought our grandson for dinner on Saturday, May21, 2022, to the North Andover location, and were very disappointed.

Bertucci's Italian Restaurant offers a variety of dishes, with pizza being a popular choice. The staff in the takeout area are reportedly polite and professional, going above and beyond to assist customers. The atmosphere is described as cold and not intimate. While the service is generally good, there have been issues with long wait times for appetizers and concerns about the quality of certain dishes, such as a dry pizza with a hard crust and a chicken piccata with small, ground-up chicken pieces.
The restaurant has received praise for its excellent customer service, with a standout employee named DeAndre who is described as helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. Customers also appreciate the great food, especially the raviolis, and the quick service. The restaurant is also known to be kid-friendly, with a waitress who was very nice and friendly.
However, there have been some mixed reviews, with one customer noting that this particular Bertucci's location was not as great as the one they usually visit. The customer was disappointed with the Caesar salad, which had a strong anchovy flavor and wilted lettuce, as well as the chicken piccata, which was described as very plain. The Abruzzi pasta dish also lacked the usual flavor.
