Ordered off Uber eats and half my order was missing so I called vertigo’s to ask if the order was in. They put me on hold for 20 minutes. I called back and kept ringing and never got back to me. Now Uber is reviewing my order details and I’ll probably not get my 70 dollars back

Our waitress Michelle was very good and as was the bartender Bethany! A few others at the bar were friendly as we talked @ baseball playoffs.

This is now my go to place for raviolis. Food is always great, amazing service, food done quick.

This particular Bertucci's wasn't as great as the one we usually go to. We got the cheese pizza, chicken piccata, and rigatoni abruzzi. The pasta dishes came with salad; we both tried the Caesar. The anchovy flavor was very strong and the lettuce a bit wilted.
Pizza was as expected. The piccata was very plain leaving much to be desired. The Abruzzi usually has more flavor but did not this time.

Service was a little slow and it took some time to get things, like our check, which still had the chicken piccata that was sent back on it. We shouldn't have to ask for something we didn't eat to be removed.
