Ordered a head of time and still had to wait and pull up to park . They were nice but we waited a long time and then they gave us the wrong sauce. My 4 year old was especially sad she had no ranch 🤣. Other than that, the food was good tho !

Typically this Burger King has decent quality food and for a good price, albeit with slow drive through times. However this last order was cold when received. The buns were old, and hard.

Ordered an impossible whopper and when I bit into it I could taste the char. Peeked on the bottom and it was all black! I took another bite and thought nope can't eat it. They made me a new one with meat right off the grill. Took a look at the second one and was just as burnt. Clearly the issue is the grill setting and they didn't even take the time to address the quality issue. Even though this location is convenient I'll think twice before visit again soon.

The worst service I have ever gotten they gave me 3 double cheeseburgers and I ordered 3 bacon cheeseburgers and all they did was put bacon on them all. I get home and it’s the same burgers I brought back and now they are cold. Did not go back because they’re a bunch of morons. The worst Burger King ever.
I’ve worked in a restaurant business for a long time for over 20 years. The customer service I got today was absolutely amazing! Aaliyah is amazing!
