Food was very good. Ambiance was lively. Our waitress was terrific! Nicole was able to be attentive to our fussy requests and made sure we were happy with everything. She checked in several times. We will certainly request her next time we go.

We hadn't been to Burton's for some time for health reasons and looked forward to going back last night. The ambiance is still the same BUT. The female server was efficient but cold and it was busy so the service slow- martini took a long while to deliver. Caesar salad was great but no anchovies were on it or asked preference. My espresso martini was too overloaded with vanilla cream, served in a small glass and amount skimpy. I ordered Ribeye medium rare @ $45.00 - no bread was served or asked for. My ribeye was medium well, no pink, quite thin and really not a tasty piece of meat. The server did agree it was way overcooked and offered to bring another or take off the bill. I opted off the bill - way too late for another. She brought IPad bill with option 20%, 25% or 30%. Always tipping 20 % or more because I have been in hospitality all my life, I still found this offensive, Nothing we experienced last night would warrant a gratuity of over 20% and for many 15 % would certainly suffice. And everyone should have an option. The prices are high but that's ok when you meet customer expectations- I think Burtons is on the slippery slope and we won't be back.

We pre-games a Merrimack Hockey game with a group of 8. Burtons had our table ready when reserved, and kept to food and drinks coming. We will happily return.

This is a wonderful place to get drinks and dinner. The food is extremely good and the drinks stiff. The service is quick, ambience relaxed, and just a good experience overall. Would definitely recommend their sweet potato fries and drinks - certainly worth the monies. We would be coming back for sure.

So tonight we got three Caesar Salads 2 with steak tips and one with chicken! The steak tips were an extra $12 for the salad which wouldn't be a problem if they gave you more the 1.1/2 steak tips! The chicken was an extra $8:00 but it was so peppery I couldn't even eat all of the chicken ! So the moral of the story is don't get the Caesar Salads with steak tips or chicken! Won't be going back anytime soon ! We also got the orders to go!

We haven’t been in a few years and it’s just as good as I remember! The hostess (didn’t catch her name) was so kind and accommodating (I thought I could handle the tall table, but I couldn’t). Our server, Dylan, was awesome! He answered all our questions, asked if we had any allergies (I do), came to check on us at the perfect times- not right when we had our mouths full, but not too many times that it interrupted our conversation. My husband and I don’t get to eat out often without our kids (let alone have conversations uninterrupted), and the staff made sure we had an amazing date night!

Sat at high top for a good 15 minutes with no greeting or eye contact from any server passing by. Bar area mildly busy, dining room empty. Finally had to verbally call out to a waitress who said she'd find someone. Waiter seemed clueless this was his table. Table was dirty with no set up. I'm over Burton's. Always too busy and never worth the trouble.
