First time at a CAVA, it was okay. I couldn't tell you what was in my bowl, but it didn't taste bad. It was kinda like a Chipotle, but without the beans and more salad like. I was okay with this, but was looking for something warm, not cold food. By the time you put toppings and romaine in the bowl the meat is cool too.
I got rice and greens, but it would have been 5 stars if I had gotten my entire base rice. I learned my lesson.

This restaurant is definitely worth trying. I personally liked it, though I can’t say I’m in love with it. It’s one of those places you can go to when you’re hungry and want a solid meal. The reason I gave 4 stars is because it didn’t spark that “I’d drive 30 minutes just to eat there again” kind of feeling. Still, a good addition to my go-to list!

Atmosphere, always great inviting Portion for food is always great falafel’s always fresh made to order can’t go wrong with the main root soda brand that they also carry and their juices on hand are so refreshing and just like their drinks, their food is not only flavorful, but it makes you feel great right after you never feel like you need any more but you always wanna come for more thank you cava
They do not skimp on the food and it tastes really good.
