Anytime I ordered there they always partially fulfill my order. The other day I got quesadillas with sour cream, pico de gallo, and fajita as sides. None of the sides came in!!! The quesadillas barely had any chicken although I ordered extra protein!!! The staff is very slow and rude! Avoid at all costs! Instead, just drive to the Chipotle in Methuen, they really do provide an excellent service and they never missed a note on my order!

Literally got food poisoning ordering from this location today. Didn't realize the sour cream had gone off until I opened the extra side of it. Absolutely foul and sick (literally) over this. What is wrong with this place? Come on.... Do some quality control.

My mobile order was not in the mobile order section so I had to wait behind the door dash drivers which took longer than me just standing in line

Absolutely horrible. Not only did they mix up the order names for 2 of the bowls for our party, the food came missing and much less than what other Chipotles give you.
