The only stars go to the red chimichurri sauce. The only reason I will be back is for that sauce. The service was terrible they rushed threw my order so fast I had to repeatedly ask them to go back and add the topping they kept skipping me on. They gave me a half portion of protein so I was forced to ask for double. 25$ to be rushed and have my food thrown together and then thrown back at me ......

Please please hire individuals who want to work..train them..fully train them. Cashier very rude and rushed the whole transaction that she didn't answer my question that I asked twice. No one knew how to credit or re-do the transaction. Very unapologetic in her demeanor and bad attitude. Walked away when she messed up. Sad how people can just ruin one's experience.

The service is good. The food is very good. Before they didn't have enough white rice to serve. Lately, that has changed. When I go, there's always white rice available. I like the atmosphere, I wish the layout of Chipotle was more spacious. It's too small in my opinion. When it gets crowded you feel how tiny the place is. Overall, I think this Chipotle is good.

Got food poisoning from this place. I hadn't eaten much of anything yesterday, ate a chicken burrito and within 3-4 hours had the worst stomachache of my life and was vomiting for an hour. The next day was rough. Will never eat here again.

Rude workers and no where to eat the dining area is always a disgusting mess and trash is always overflowing rancid guac and sour cream save your $20 to eat anywhere else

The food is good but the inside is nasty. There was food and trash all over the floors and the tables. We had to clean the table, chairs, and the area around us so we could sit down.
Also, the portion sizes are so inconsistent by servers.

Anytime I ordered there they always partially fulfill my order. The other day I got quesadillas with sour cream, pico de gallo, and fajita as sides. None of the sides came in!!! The quesadillas barely had any chicken although I ordered extra protein!!! The staff is very slow and rude! Avoid at all costs! Instead, just drive to the Chipotle in Methuen, they really do provide an excellent service and they never missed a note on my order!

Literally got food poisoning ordering from this location today. Didn't realize the sour cream had gone off until I opened the extra side of it. Absolutely foul and sick (literally) over this. What is wrong with this place? Come on.... Do some quality control.
