Food is always consistently good. The people that work there seem really angry and clueless, chatting amongst themselves and not paying attention .. and the eating area was absolulty disgusting.. food all over the floor and filthy tables .. so gross !

Recently tried them again after a bad experience last year, happy to see a new staff, clean store, and fresh food. Not sure if it’s the time but if you go at 2-3 pm the portions are great and food is fresh will go again soon

Ahh yes another chipotle franchise, three stars for the atmosphere because every chipotle is just half an unfinished restaurant with pipes sticking out the ground and wooden slabs for benches… real cool too how the lights hang by the wire…Vegetarian options: They have tofu hope it satisfies your heavy nutritional deficiency because you’re an extremist for applauding yourself for not eating meat and shame everyone else that does.

i order a cheese quesadilla with white rice. i just asked for white rice and they only gave me one side of rice which i paid 11 dollars for a cheese quesadilla??? i was absolutely astonished.

I came in and ordered a kids quesadilla meal, a chicken burrito with guacamole and a chicken bowl with guacamole at around 7:18pm on March 12,2024. First of all the lady didn’t even try to wrap my burrito she saw the tortilla ripped and paused and the continued to put it in the foil. Sloppy work. Second I ordered a kids meal and they failed to give me the kids chips and drink so my fiancée got back in line and told them they forgot and they looked at him like he was crazy. They didn’t know what he was talking about. He had to tell them it’s supposed to come with those items and even then they were hesitant. We left with a kids drink but no chips.Buying food at chipotle is not the cheapest, so for the employees to forget or mess up your order is really frustrating especially when you directly ask them for what they messed up on and they look at you like they don’t know what you’re talking about.Not to mention this location was absolutely filthy. There is no reason why all the tables should have mountains of food from previous customers on there. Especially with the amount of employees that were clocked in. I’ve seen more understaffed locations with sharper employees, better atmosphere and cleaner facilities.Do better.

Don’t go to this location if you are using mobile order. You will wait at least twice as long. Also, there is not a single clean table in the restaurant, so don’t come here if you prefer not to have other people’s leftovers all around you. Honestly, just drive the extra 10 minutes to the next closest Chipotle.

The is the dirtiest Chipotle I have ever been to. The first time I went I thought it was awful, but gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was a crazy busy night. Went back again months later and it is just so gross. Food all over the floors, serving area where food is was a disaster, not one clean table. The servers brought out rice and kept looking at each other. It was all watery and rice was uncooked. They didn't care, they still served it. This location needs some help. Someone at corporate really should check this out it.
I don’t know what gripe people have against this location, but this is the best Chipotle I’ve encountered in a long, long time. I used to go weekly on my work lunch breaks, and they were never were out of ingredients, lines were fast moving, and they always had chips hot and fresh. This place needs more love!

I'm so tired of ordering double meat only for them to rip me off. Never order online. Go In and watch them make it. I pulled out all the meat from my bowl and placed it on my food scale, came to 3oz which isn't even *one* full portion, let alone not being double. Absolutely ridiculous.

(We ordered online and would not have ordered if we saw the state of the restaurant based on other reviews)This was so disgusting.Firstly there was no flavor in the food??? No seasoning, no spice, it was so boring and bland, even the sour cream seemed flavorless some how. The food was barely warm and when I went to eat my very bland, boring chicken burrito, I got a piece of chicken, but actually it was just a big piece of cartilage or bone instead. I was so grossed out I almost threw up multiple times!!! I tried to take out another piece of chicken from the burrito after my stomach had settled and it was another weird piece!My boyfriend got a beef burrito and didn't go into detail about his food but said it was so disgusting that he felt like he needs to take a shower, and did take a shower.The chips also seemed a bit stale? Guacamole was good though, and actually had flavor.

It used to be only a couple before but now it's like 35%. Very frustrating. Don't get what I want half the time because of it. I'm about to give up.
