Amazing variety of flavours, kind service, and an actual sugar free ice cream option that was really good! Not listed on the menu so ask for it.

Love visiting Cows Rock with my kids. The owner is great and the employees are always super friendly. Great menu of flavors. I like the walk-up window option and it's nice that there is indoor and outdoor seating.

Under NEW ownership. If you're like me and didn't think much of this place before give it another chance. This is a women owned local business which truly cares about their customers and their employees. Handicapped access ramp in the back.

Would not recommend. A great location but terrible service. Didn't have soft serve (no big deal as a first time customer) so left the line to ask my partner waiting outside with our dog to see what else he would like. Hoped back to the end of line (2 ppl ahead) and waited 20 mins to get to the counter and was completely ignored for a good 10 until I decided to just leave and head to Mad Maggie's across town. The wait was understandable because there was two ppl working on multiple orders, but it doesn't take much to offer a "Hey, we'll be right with you" or any acknowledgement especially if they've been waiting a long period of time.

Love this place. Very friendly people and a lot closer than Richardson’s.

If 0 stars was an option that’s what this place would be. We got there and there was about 6 people in front of us which we didn’t mind waiting for. There was only 2 employees who were very much full of attitude. We were in line for 25 minutes which led to them taking 8 minutes to make 2 cups of icecream. I understand being understaffed but at that point. they should not be in business.

Richardson's ice cream and Richie's slush for my kids on a good spot on the town common. Super awesome owners!!!

Went here for the first time with my husband and 2 kids Saturday after going to the park. Ice cream was good. But the guy was incredibly rude to my husband. Speaking to him as if he was a child. I doubt we will ever be back. My oldest son goes here when he goes to the youth center and even mentioned that this man is rude. Sad because it’s a nice location.

An ice cream shop haunted by ghosts ?!?!? Went here, a random google search for ice cream late one October night. In a tiny, quiet, old area of North Andover. The Ice cream was REALLY good, and they make their very own hot fudge sauce using pure chocolate (and also dip their cones in it i think)!!, don't go here without trying it! Also, something was verrrrrry spooky about the place as nice as it was, a VIBE I got, lol. Then.... I found out that it is the same house/location of a witch who was hung long ago. Mary Parker was her name (Google search it!) VERY creepy :P Of course you can't tell, because it's a cute, cozy ice cream spot and the owner and workers are very friendly. So, overall, a great place to take your family, Or go solo. Or, ghost hunters as well ??!!! :) You would have to go there, if you dare, and see for yourself if you detect any strange spooky vibes, orrrrrr if it's just a normal, ghost free spot, and enjoy ice cream while doing so. Good Luck! :)

This is upselling richardsons ice cream from middleton. Convenient if your going after school. But if you have a car dont bother. Also the manager is a mean person and takes advantage of his staff's innocence by yelling at them. Been here twice out of convenience and the younger staff is always friendly but downtrodden while the old ladies and old guy are always stand offish and aggressive to me and his employees. Its a ice cream parlor man how hard is it to be professional?Would love to see how they train their employees.

I took my kids in for ice cream this afternoon to beat the heat. There was a gentleman overseeing two young, probably high school-aged kids, and all three were serving clients. One of the kids appeared to be brand new and the overseeing gentleman was loudly and critically commenting on every single move the new kid made (say something funny, use your brain, don't do that) in front of all of the waiting clients. As a business owner, I understand that feedback is necessary to run a tight ship but the loud and bold criticism of the poor kid who was clearly mortified about what was happening, and just trying to do his best, left us feeling worse about the poor kid who had to work for him, than paying any attention to the ice cream we were eating. In your effort to train your employees, you've created an unfortunate experience for everyone involved. Praise publicly, criticize behind closed doors. This is not a business I'll be returning to & I hope the new kid figures out quickly that there are much more pleasant & respectful workplaces he can get started in.

They have an outdoor window at the back of the building in case you don't know. I got the vanilla frap mixed with hot fudge. Very very good.
