There are two people that worked at this Dunkins yesterday that were on a ROLL. One of them was clayton I believe, and the other was a very pretty female, blonde highlights I think but I can’t quite remember her name. They were both extremely amazing and you can tell their attitudes were very genuine. they were both conversating with almost every customer that came by saying things like. “Hey how’s everybody doing?” Or “thank you so much for being patient we appreciate you guys” you guys are on a ROLL. This is how customers should feel when walking into a fast food place. Me and my lover were in a rush to leave but really wanted to stay and eat. Really a happy about this friendly environment, I’m from Lawrence but I’m definitely coming to visit them more often.

The staff here are super friendly nice and curtious. Lindsey and Abby are the best u know what all the staff are the best. It's the best dunks ive ever been to they know their regular customers sometimes they have my coffee ready be4 i even get in the door. I can not express how great full im for all the hard work all these workers do in this store they all go above and beyond. Ever Since Abby took over the store it has run amazing. #dunkindonuts I hope they recognize her deication and hard work to make that dunks what it is today. Thank you to all the great employees at this location on main st in north Andover

I moved to the area recently and had been going to this Dunkin’s without any problems. There is a really sweet girl who works their, she knows all the older folks who come in by name. She is very professional w/ everyone & she makes me want to continue to go as I’ve had a few reasons as I shouldn’t or I don’t want to go. This one girl, she’s also young she always has a look on her face as if she hates her job & doesn’t want to to be their. Very rude, always has a stank attitude on her but when she’s confronted she changed it real quick. But than starts to act funny on my order when I’m getting something for my toddler she heated it up longer than it should of, had to wait for it to cool down to even let my kid touch it. If you hate your job that much, than do everyone around you a favor & quit! Don’t make everyone that comes in the store miserable like you! I gave it 3 stars because of the very nice girl who will always go above & beyond to fix other peoples mistakes & to make sure the customers leave at least “okay” and not mad/upset. “I’m sorry, but I forgot your name or else I would mention it!” Lol.

Sept 23 First I want to mention I have lived a stone's through from this Dunkin since it opened in the late 80's. Seen it's up' s and downs and even stopped going there when Mellisa was manager. Went back when she was finally fired. Then started running into workers that were terrible. But today I saw the best crew they have. smiles on everyone's face with greetings prompt service. My coffee made exactly the way I like it. Big big kudos to this crew!!!. So glad to see Lindsey back she is fantastic. Desiree is doing a great job and so is the young lady there that made my coffee. So sorry I don't know her name. And Angelo wasn't there but another good worker.

the manager at this dunkin is extremely rude to customers and staff i ordered a sandwhich and she refused to make it for me because apparently it would break the oven and she didnt even say no politley she raised her voice and screamed at me just for asking for a sandwhich i do not recomend coming here

It's amazing when go into these places that they would be well Stocked of those pastries that are Always the 1 at to go.. while having those other's still sitting there to be tossed out..Tell me why to they Skim with the Frosting, considering what they charge for 1.. if I worked there I would give those pastries the drowning they deserve considering you're paying for it. Only to have them come back for more and enjoy more.. but instead it's Worth 2 ? ? out of 5..
