Dunkin'

My day was going so great so I decided to stop at my local Dunkin' donuts. When I walked in there was a huge line and they seemed to be back up . Possibly only one or two workers making drinks and getting food while two others were laughing, goofing off, and eating in the back. When they came out their names were Celma & Kane. After I got my order I asked the girl Celma when my drink would be ready because I just saw her standing and wandering around aimlessly and that there was only one or two people making the drinks. When I did she rolled her eyes and murmured something as she turned back. As she made my drink I saw her turn away and do something that look like spitting in my drink. She then smacked my drink on the counter then walked back into the back. I was so mad I tried one sip and I could taste that she made the completely wrong drink. I ended up just throwing the drink away. There were some good employees but that experience was super bad and id never want to see a person like that representing a Dunkin Donuts

I order online all the time so I don't know who is doing my order and I feel like I see new faces a lot. They do forget things in your order but are always happy to correct. But recently I found out the only 1 worker who is sketch who never smiles unless she knows you. Never speaks to you if you ask her for something that was missed JUST walks away and sends someone else to fix it she is the manager!

5 star for exceptional service by an employee "Cam", took a real dicey situation and turned it into a great experience.

Best one in town

The bigger lady with that works their with blonde hair is always being lazy and not wanting to make the food I want their in person and she complained right infront of me about the food I ordered and then when I get on DoorDash from the same place they mess up my order two time in a row and when I went to the store to see who was working it was her every time she should get fired the way she’s so lazy

Best coffee around

This place is run terribly. The manager can’t take a coffee order unless it’s a large black. They constantly get my coffee wrong. Today I wanted a cold foam cold brew and I got a regular iced coffee with no cold foam. I go here every day bc it’s close but I cringe every time I have to order.

Danielle took our order and only one thing was right we ordered a 25 pack of munchkins half plain half chocolate we got a mix of everything my kids won’t eat half of them. We ordered a frozen chocolate with raspberry and whipped cream we got a watered down frozen chocolate with no raspberry no whipped cream. Only thing that was right was my sandwich a sausage egg and bacon on a bagel no cheese. Never going here again. Rude
