Not one to leave reviews, but this location is always behind and slow. You may be waiting 4-10 min in line to get your food. The hash browns always feel mushy like they were soaked in light mist of water. Last, the heavy set lady with black and blond hair is very rude and has an attitude.

I’ve had it with this Dunkin’. There’s a blonde employee at the drive-thru who is consistently rude and gives major attitude every single time I place an order. The way she snaps “Is that it? Or anything else?” in the nastiest tone makes it feel like I'm inconveniencing her by just existing. Then when you get to the window? Not a single word—no “hello,” no “thank you,” not even eye contact. Just silence and a coffee shoved in your direction.
I used to work in coffee—I get how busy and stressful it can be, especially in the mornings. But there’s no excuse for this level of rudeness, especially when you're the one making someone's first coffee of the day.

OH MY DAYS PEOPLE! I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE!!! the manger was so so so nice, he is actually a DIVA! Great, Wonderful, Splendid Experience! I loved Katie/Katy/Kaity, she was MIND BLOWING. Another Divs was the girl with the tattoo behind her ear, everyone was PLEASANT. I cannot wait to see the manager again. 10000/10 I AM GOING IT BACK WITH THEM
