this dunkin is actually the worst one i have ever been to. the drive through will take you 20 + minutes every time you go through it no matter how many people are in front of you. this morning i placed an online order and when i got there the doors were locked so i was forced to sit in the 20+ minute drive through line just to pick up my order i had placed 30 minutes prior making me late for work. i would have left had i not already paid for my order online.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts in new England and has not improved in over a year. If I drive 15 minutes out of my way to another Dunkin, I’ll get to work earlier. It’s impossible to get your order in less than 25 minutes between 6-7am.. even if you mobile order it 15 minutes before arrival. Place absolutely sucks. They also intentionally back up the order line to hide the long wait time that corporate can see.

Rude no good people slow at there pathetic job. When people are trying to get to there real job ordered food 10 miles away still wasn't done then the blonde trash making food had an attitude this is the worst

The WORST Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever experienced the drive thru is unbearably slow and takes 20+ minutes to get through with 2 cars in front of you. Absolutely insane and staff is rude

Staff had a rough day when I had gone to this Dunks, and they seemed like genuinely cool people. I told them that I hope their day gets better.Sometimes, even as consumers, we should remember that everybody we interact with is human. Just hope they're doing better now. :)

Today I ordered 25 munchkins and a few other items via the app. When I pulled up to the drive thru the employee handed me everything but the munchkins. I asked about them in which she promptly got them. I asked if they were glazed, chocolate, and jelly as my kids do not like powder. She sighed and walked away. When she returned I assumed it was correct. When I got home I realized there were no glazed. I went back and asked for glazed. A different employee took the box and restocked them into the bin. No food that had left the store should ever be stocked. I then spoke with the manager who just said they were confused but offered no remediation of throwing them away. I told him he should remove them from the shelf and not sell them. He removed them and put them out back. I do not know if they were disposed of. But I will not be getting anything from this location again if they cannot properly handle returned food from a mistake.
