I went to Dunkin’ Donuts this morning with my boyfriend. We ordered 4 sausage egg and cheese pancake wake up wraps and two orders of hash browns. EVERYTHING was cold and not cooked. It took 25 minutes for the guy making food to complete our order because he took his sweet old time in a busy on college campus Dunkin’ Donuts. Everything was thrown into the bag not put together correctly. The wake up wraps came two in the same small bag… everything fell apart and got messed up because of the way he packed my food. If you do not like your job, quit and find a new one. I am unsatisfied with my order and will be contacting a higher up in this business. Now I have to take time out of my day to heat up my cold Dunkin donuts food.
I just got to see them zapping flies over the donuts. So they have a fly problem as well as a dead fly in the donuts problem. Overall the place was gross and inattentive.
Some of the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. Extremely rude workers who provide just as slow service.
How the staff gets away with so much slacking & rudeness is beyond me
They've really stepped their game up here recently. Used to be I couldn't pull up to the drive-thru without at least a half dozen cars waiting, but they are much more efficient nowadays. Not sure if the place is under new management or something, but whatever changed is working for them!

Very crowded wait was extremely long. Service was efficient when we finally made it to teller.
Every time I order from this place, they get my order wrong. More than once, they gave me my bagel without cream cheese or butter. Other times, they got my sandwich wrong. Today, after spending 2 mins shouting to each other and checking with me on my sandwich order, they gave me a “sandwich†with nothing but two slices of bacon. Not coming back.
Wait times can be fast or 20 minutes with only 5 people in the line. I know that doesn't make sense but it will.
