Food is always great at the North Andover location and always show up quick. Service is also always impeccable. Specifically Elias. He was one of the kindest people I’ve met and made my experience at five guys significantly better.

The most consistent “fast food” restaurant ever. They have the best cooks in the kitchen. Shout out to my Dominicans!!! I’ve been coming like 3-4x a month for lunch and it’s the best.

Rarely order out. Decided to order off Five Guys due to their new Cajun Fries. Burger was 10/10. Fries though...... kinda bogus, seemed like they intentionally poured the whole bottle of seasoning over them. Its hard to believe it was unintentional.
My family loves them but they do use peanut oil so no go for me.

I took ONE bite of my burger, thought it had a lot of bacon and opened it uo to investigate to find THEY DIDNT EVEN ADD A PATTY TO MY BURGER. THIS IS TWO BITES WORTH OF A PATTY. It literally looks like they took a sliver of left over meat from another burger and used it as mine. RESTAURANT WONT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE.
