We have been visiting the Jade for years. Had lunch today and the service was terrible. No how's your meal no refill of water. We had to ask for water and tea? The place was empty and waitress no where to be found. Its sad to say the Jade is just not what it used to be. Very disappointed! Will not be coming back.

Ordered through uber eats on New Year’s Eve so this is not the best way to indulge in this food but I will say the pork fried rice was beyond bland, the steamed dumplings were tasty but over steamed and the beef terriyaki sticks were less than desirable.
I’ve had sushi from them before and found it to be good so I thought this would be good too. Maybe I’ll try them again on site but probably in a while.

Super bad customer service. We placed and order online for pickup and it said 15 minutes. We got there and waited another 40. We get home and realize they didn’t give us the lo mein and amazingly the food was dead cold. We then called and asked for a refund on the lo mein and guy names Rick told us that’s not possible. We then said ok can you please drop it at our house, nope wouldn’t do that either. He then hung up on us and then continued to send my cell to voicemail. Stole $14 dollars from us. Go to Karma instead, this place stinks like a rotting carcass. Oh and the food sucked.

Food and drinks are always amazing. Our favorite maki in the area, and the mini pupu platter is great for a little app before sushi! Service was fast and efficient.

I used to come here as a customer and was treated perfectly fine. Came in as a driver and the difference was ridiculous, sudden attitude, eye rolling, and talked down to like I didn’t deserve basic respect. Even got told I ‘couldn’t sit’ when I wasn’t bothering anyone. This all happened right in front of customers. If you care about how a business treats people, keep this in mind.

I went in to place a to go order, and a young man helped me decide what to get since I was having trouble choosing. While I was waiting for my food, he went on his break and sat near the front desk. A middle-aged woman came in and started yelling at him out of nowhere. It was really upsetting to witness. I went home with a heavy heart, wishing I had spoken up because it felt so unfair the restaurant was empty.

The volcano drink. Ewww- The worst hot n sour soup I have ever had. The quality just isn’t there. When I said thank you for the plates of food or drinks. Repeated myself over and over “thank you”. Never once got your welcome. Or any acknowledgement- won’t be back.
In North Andover I would say it's the best Chinese food. Unfortunately they have recently raised their prices and has become very expensive.

This time we were in for a unique dining experience with the bento lunch box specials. At first, the new menu was confusing; we both thought we got only one side. Our bartender had to further explain the concept which was pleasantly surprising! In actuality, you get a choice of not one but four sides to boot!
I enjoyed my generous scorpion bowl drink while my husband downed a Tsing Tao.
To that end, we enjoyed our Bento box luncheon specials - from the hot and sour soup to the sushi, and lastly our entrees.
