In North Andover I would say it's the best Chinese food. Unfortunately they have recently raised their prices and has become very expensive.

This time we were in for a unique dining experience with the bento lunch box specials. At first, the new menu was confusing; we both thought we got only one side. Our bartender had to further explain the concept which was pleasantly surprising! In actuality, you get a choice of not one but four sides to boot!
I enjoyed my generous scorpion bowl drink while my husband downed a Tsing Tao.
To that end, we enjoyed our Bento box luncheon specials - from the hot and sour soup to the sushi, and lastly our entrees.

We ordered from Jade today for a family gathering. One of us found a staple imbedded into a chicken teriyaki skewers. The bag the chicken teriyaki came is was tied. I’m concerned where and how a staple was imbedded the chicken? Called and was contracted a refund for the chicken teriyaki skewers, only offered a replacement. Whoever I was speaking to on the phone did not seem to take this seriously. God forbid that staple was swallowed! I will NOT be going there ever again.

Found a sharp piece of metal inside a piece of chicken. The metal was clearly cooked in the chicken. Can’t imagine how this would happen but thank god I noticed it in my mouth before I swallowed or I very well might have ended up in the hospital. When we called to tell the restaurant they seemed to not be very concerned about it and offered us a new order of chicken…
I’ve never experienced anything this bad from a restaurant before.

I love this place! Everything on the menu is delicious and they have great customer service.
Found this place completely by accident. Not your typical chineese food. The selection is much smaller than most restaurants. But what they have has been taken up a notch. Bartenders know how to make a delicious, well balanced drink. Servers are friendly and very attentive. It's quickly become one of our go to places.
