We love Jessica’s breads. Recently tried their Tuscan Pane 5 Seed product. Made with 5 kinds of seeds and embellished with molasses and honey. I like it toasted but without that process, the dough is soft, rich in flavor and perfect for dipping in EVOO. Tried a new recipe that included a mashed avocado, lemon juice, a dash of garlic powder and opted for diced shallot. Just found this bread in my grocery store and it had changed our lives! My boyfriend is a bread fanatic and I love baking bread but it's nice to finally get such a good quality loaf for a great price! Can't wait to try more kinds , only a few selections in my grocer, hope I can find more to options to choose from they all look so delicious! Thank you Jessica n company!
