5 stars *for what it is.*. It’s a McDonald’s. Can’t beat the $1 any size iced coffee…better and more consistent than Dunks. Food is always hot, and they don’t seem to mind modifications at all (extra pickles on a sandwich, no salt on fries, etc). I get iced coffee here at least a couple times a week and food once every few weeks.
This place has potential but I feel that the people up front are complacent or they don’t care. The big guy serving drive thru is coughing over the food and the older woman taking orders although pleasant seems like she is burnt out. The workers behind the scenes seem to be doing their job well.The soda machines are disgusting and the tables are as well. I could not get covers for my soda due to the cover container was literally stuck shut from not being cleaned. The location of this establishment is perfect for a profit but I feel that they are riding on this .Customer area is disgusting and the man servicing drive thru seems he is burnt out also and not caring about customer service. Seriously disgusting coughing in customers orders.? If they have camera they will see it.

After me and my kids soccer game. We went to this McDonalds to eat. I was appalled by the terrible costumer service in the place. This obtuse women was yelling at her employees in the back while they where in a rush. She clearly had a manger uniform on. She didn’t help her team once the whole time I was there. I had order a cheeseburger from this old looking white women. She got my order wrong. I had asked for my cheeseburger to be with out pickles. And she got my order completely wrong. If I hadn’t checked my son’s food he could have eaten that pickle. After we had gone to sit down, the tables were messy. There was soda all over the floor. The trashcans were over filled. The trash was falling out. OTHER PARENTS I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CHILD.

I went to this Mcdonald's the evening the power went out in some parts of andover. I understand that they were busy and that it was stressful, but under NO CIRCUMSTANCES would I ever talk to other employees and customers the way the MOD was. I went in the drive through I was scolded to go inside. Once inside, I showed my mobile order and the women I spoke too started giving me a hard time. I switched my order to in-store pickup and eventually received my order. While sitting inside the store, all I could hear was the women who I presume was the manager screaming at other employees and talking shit about the customers in the drive through. At one point she yelled at an employee and the employee left in tears about a half hour later.Very disappointing.

Terrible customer service, whoever was taking drive through orders had the biggest attitude and careless demeanor when asking what i wanted, whoever he was he had a mowhawk style haircut and apparently needs classes on customer service skills (especially since it looked like he was wearing a manager uniform).

A terrible experience at the McDonald's drive-thru in North Andover I placed my order and as I was waiting for my food I asked if I could add 2 ice cream sundae's to my order He told me I had to go around and wait in line again!! Mind you I was still waiting for food order!! Terrible customer service From now on will go to Andover

I love McDonald's. But there's always an issue here.A few times they've forgotten our food & I've had to go back after realizing. Then most recently I said I didn't care what flavor drink came with the meal-i said any kind. The girl separated the 2 cheeseburger meal as a single French fry and two single burgers with no drink. I wound up paying double the price because she decided to be a j**** As if that wasn't enough my Oreo McFlurry had both M&M & Oreo so it was so sweet it was inedible. I noticed it but after arguing about the price I just wanted to get the food and leave. I won't be going back there, I'd rather travel into Haverhill just to get better service & the food I actually ordered.

the manager ( older lady with dark hair) was incredibly rude to me and my friends. we will not be back! they gave me an oreo mcflurry and when i told them i ordered a m & m mcflurry they just put m & ms over the oreo?? ( i don't like oreos?) then there coworker said " that's how u problem solve " to the rude lady? like i didn't order a oreo mcflurry?? so rude will not be back. hire better managers mcdonald's.
