Terrible customer service. They owe me money from an out of stock product and will not return my numerous messages. They also never credited my account. Will not give them my business again.
I received an order fully thawed. I initially received an email response offering me a credit but with no guidance on how to apply credit. I have not been able to reach customer service via phone, email. I even sent copies of the email via priority mail. Help! order # 21148
Purchased arrived on time as promised. Product was frozen solid when recieved. Enjoyed this roast for thanksgiving and will continue to enjoy the leftovers! I highly recommend!
