It's nestled into a strip mall and kind of feels like that. The food was tasty. The service was bizarre. Nice enough guy but he said maybe four words until we paid and were about to leave and then he said a few things.
The atmosphere felt a bit waiting room. The food? Wonderful.
So, I dunno. I loved the company I was with and my dish was wonderful. The rest? Meh.

Tonight we were looking for a cozy date spot with delicious food since we had a kid free evening and boy did this place deliver! The appetizer, entrees, cocktails, and dessert were exceptional! Ridiculously generous portions and amazing flavor combinations. Our server, Kara, was fabulous’ she was kind, attentive, friendly, and never rushed us! She was so knowledgeable and professional, answering all of our questions snd making all of the right recommendations. We look forward to visiting again & will request her again, for sure. I don’t often write reviews and am pretty picky but this place deserves all five stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ A hidden gem.in my opinion. If you haven’t tried them yet, I recommend doing so sooner rather than later! Kudos!

The bad: Probably the worst chicken Marsala I have ever had. We got the fusilli (fresh pasta) it was like mashed potatoes. The chicken looked like it was boiled. It wasn’t seared at all. Just pale chicken atop mush. I was surprised.
Everyone else enjoyed their meals.
Maybe it was an off night.

Worst experience I’ve ever had ordering out I’ve gotten pizzas before that Is five stars all around first time having the pasta tasted like microwaved food and canned sauce we got the $26 ravioli pasta was terrible and small portioned for the price can tell you this for the price we could’ve gone somewhere else for more and better got another pasta I think it’s a balsamic pasta not sure what it’s called but that was small and not worth my money would definitely only order pizza if you go

Ordered for the first time on Grubhub. Their ‘homemade’ meatball sandwich is a mushy undercooked sandwich with a very bad texture and taste. Their fries were completely soggy and the heat melting the styrofoam. I don’t know how you can serve food like this and run a business. The chicken Marsala and chicken cacciatore were not great either. The only thing edible from our order was the burger. But again not the fries.

Horrible experience! Went with my wife and daughter. My wife ordered Chicken Parm. We watched our server Christine deliver the chicken parm to another table, the woman took a bite and said “this isn’t eggplant”. Our server Christine ran back to the table, took the plate of food. Brought it back to the kitchen window, tried to cover up the fact that someone took a bite and brought it to my wife. When I called her out and said “this was at another table” she ran away with the food never to be seen again. 15 minutes later another server brought over a new plate. We declined the food. We asked for a manager, she came over. We explained that in addition to trying to pass off leftovers to my wife, while waiting for my wife’s food everyone else now has cold food.
The manager was non apologetic and offer to take off the chicken parm that we never ate! Gee thanks!

I usually don't post bad reviews, but today was a disappointment. I ordered takeout from Orzo Trattoria in North Andover through Uber Eats. I selected the Francaise with haddock as the protein and added shrimp for an upcharge. However, the owner called me and said I couldn't get the shrimp for the advertised price. I explained that I had already paid for the order and that I just selected what was advertised on Uber eats. He seemed admit that it was my fault for the mistake. I spoke up and said whatever your discrepancy is, that’s between you and Uber Eats. he became very rude and hung up on me. I received the food without shrimp.(that I already paid for) I've tried to reach out to Uber Eats for a refund, but they're unresponsive. I won't be ordering from Orzo Trattoria again due to their horrible customer service. Additionally, they never include utensils when asked for and you never know the pasta they will send with your order penne, angel hair, rigatoni. It’s always different! They just lost a good customer! It’s really not about the money. Don’t blame your customers for your mistakes then make them pay for it!

Anniversary dinner last night was excellent!!! Food was delicious, service was spot on! Nina was so friendly and attentive. My husband arranged with Bobby to have Champagne and flowers on our table when we arrived! Such a great surprise. Definitely two thumbs up!!👍🏼👍🏼💯

Based on on- line reviews we celebrated a birthday dinner with my sister. The atmosphere was very nice, our waitress, Michelle, was outstanding giving us great advice on the menu, and the food was outstanding!! Anthony came over to make sure all our needs were met. We had a table of 6, all Orzo first timers, and we all felt the same way. We unquestionably will be back.

Outstanding Italian food. Veal parmigiana was amazing. Kara was my server and she was the sweetest young lady. Always checking in on me and bringing the biggest smile. Salvatore stopped by several times to make sure my dining experience was enjoyable. Overall, one of the best Italian restaurant’s I’ve been to.
