I haven't been to Panera Bread in quite a while, and always did the drive thru. This time we ate inside. We placed our order at the counter, and sat down to wait for the food. They give you an electronic buzzer. The menu is large so my suggestion is going on line to get an idea of what you want. The basiel BLT I had was huge, and very good. It came with a good portion of the usual greens and tomato, and a good helping of bacon. I would definitely go back again, and the prices were reasonable.

This panera has gone downhill over the years. Multiple times I've walked in to order and see three employees chatting at the register, but will not look up when a customer (me) walks in. I don't even bother going to the register anymore because the staff obviously wants me to use the kiosk as to not interrupt their conversations. Also, why is this location always running out of the french baguettes?? you are panera BREAD how do you run out of BREAD??? go make more bread if you ran out i want my bread. im white. my culture revolves around bread. eating bread. baking bread. enjoying bread. this could be considered culturally insensitive imo. do better panera BREAD

We had a great experience at this Panera! I was so impressed with Amanda behind the register, who was super friendly to my children and looked genuinely happy to be doing her job. So great to see such young energetic people working hard at this Panera! Makes for a pleasant eating experience with family.

The Ciabatta break is super great! With sesame leaf and cheese is really tasty.
Every day will 6,10 or more drivers waiting to get their food to deliver. Sometimes the line is out the door, but they always have priority. They are rude, intimidating and they all knows each other. I have experienced few incidents in which some customers had no other option, but leave because of them. Management knows about the situation, but won’t do anything because they are there every day. Horrible place, horrible management,horrible customer service. They could either replace management or close the doors.

I love Panera..Always have.. I got the notification my food was ready for pick up.. it wasn't.. thankfully a nice worker noticed my confusion and got it from the back.. One I sat down to eat.. bread was rock hard cold. Not toasted or even room temp.. I love their food and this was the worst I have ever had.. Shame for a $10 sandwich.
