I love my Greek pizza with a nice sweet sauce and they do it perfect here so as long as I live within driving distance I’m a consistent loyal customer! All the staff is kind and caring and I’m happy to do business with them!

I recently stopped by Pizza Factory while working on a flooring project in North Andover, and I was impressed by the experience! On my visit, I ordered a grilled chicken with rice and vegetables, and it was fantastic. The chicken was perfectly grilled, tender, and flavorful, complemented by fresh veggies and perfectly cooked rice.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting, and the staff was friendly and attentive, which made my meal even more enjoyable. It’s clear they take pride in what they serve.

If you’re in the area and looking for delicious food, whether it’s pizza or something healthier like grilled chicken, I highly recommend Pizza Factory. You won’t be disappointed!

Terrible customer service they make your order wrong and don't make things right you just lost a loyal customer over your mistake and failure to take accountability for it . Expect me to drive a hr and half front and back when I already did that . Thanks for nothing

Love their pizza and the Greek dressing is so delicious that we always have to order extra with our salad! Online ordering is very easy allowing for quick reorders of previous items. Finally, Daniel and his team are incredibly generous to causes in town; they have supported many fundraisers for our students and community - thank you!

Great chicken tenders, spring rolls, and chicken brocoli alfredo. Fresh salads and excellent pasta. Great food!

If you want a simple slice of pizza this is not the place to go. Show up twice in one day just to be told no slices. I was alone and had no need to commit to a whole pie. Left unsatisfied twice. The young lady in the front could’ve also been nicer.
