An absolute gem of a place. Ruth was fantastic as our waitress. It was my first time there but the other 3 goombahs that were with me have been here before. Everything that came out of that kitchen looked and smelled amazing. I had the chicky shawarma bowl and it was fantastic. Most definitely coming back again for some kibbe and kafta!

I came in to pick up my order today at 7:46pm. Was not greeted until for like 5 min I was standing at the front door waiting for my order. When someone finally saw me I was asked what I needed I told the waitress I have the order number for my order the waiter proceeded to tell me that is not useful then asked me for my name again. Overall the atmosphere is dry the service is terrible and not very friendly. As I am standing here writing this review waiting for my food I am just greeted by constant stares and awkward silence. Updates: I decided to write a second review after actually trying the food, because unfortunately, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. The dishes I had were surprisingly bland and lacked the flavor I typically expect from Mediterranean cuisine.
To be fair, this may appeal to those who prefer milder, more subtle seasoning. However, if you’re looking for bold, authentic Lebanese flavors, this might not be the place. There are other restaurants that offer a much richer and more traditional experience in both taste and service.
I ended up coming here because my usual spot was closed on a Tuesday, and I was hoping to find a comparable alternative. Sadly, it didn’t quite meet that expectation.
Service was okay at times, though it felt a bit inconsistent.
Overall, if you enjoy very lightly seasoned food, you may appreciate it here. If you’re after something more vibrant and authentic, you might want to explore other options.

Authentic Lebanese cuisine. Best Kibbeh Nayeh. Hommous with lamb is a must try.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A North Andover Gem That Never Misses!
Shadi’s has been my go-to Mediterranean spot in North Andover for years, and it truly never gets old. The food is consistently authentic, fresh, and absolutely delicious — the kind of flavors you crave long after you leave.
A huge shoutout to Katey, the bartender, who was an absolute delight. Her warm personality, genuine kindness, and welcoming presence made the experience even better. She engaged with everyone so effortlessly and created such a positive vibe at the bar.
The service overall was top-notch, the dishes were incredible as always, and the atmosphere is exactly what you want — whether you’re out for a big group gathering, date night, or even enjoying a solo evening at the bar.
By the way, espresso martini was 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
Shadi’s continues to be a staple for a reason. Highly recommend! 🌟

Restaurantji Recommends
Unfortunately this restaurant came with good reviews, but our experience was not satisfactory. very slow to get food out, plus dirty silverware. grape leaves, cabbage leaves had no flavor (no spices president). sandwiches were sparce on meat. kibbe had 0 flavor. That's it will not return.
Got hummus appetizer and the pita bread was stale. Embarrassing. Everything about this restaurant is mediocre. Do better
Great Lebanese food

I went here because the reviews were in the high 4s, but my wife and I agreed that the meal was okay, at best. The grape leaves were particularly average, but the hummus was exceptional. I was also surprised not to hear any music that represented their culture. The service was good, however.
