Used to love this place, saw online when ordering they the pitaya bowl that they had a new recipe but since I loved the original, I assumed it would just be an upgraded version.. got it today 11/3/24 and not only is the fruit not fresh (I had to spit out pieces of mango), the granola tastes stale and they were very conservative with the amount they gave, but I guess that’s ok bc I don’t need extra stale granola. There are no nuts to be found in the nut granola.

But the biggest disappointment is the new pitaya recipe. Not only is the color off and no longer that vibrant fuschia— it’s darker and has a heavy juice taste to it.

$30 for two bowls and it’s not even fresh? I’d rather make the drive to NH and go to Playa bowls.

Very nice place inside. Staff was friendly. I was disappointed in the size of the bowl for $14 and change.

Tried Sobol in North Andover for the first time today. We had a question about our order, and the person in charge was apparently helpful, so I added a 15% tip. Yet ten minutes after we placed our order, the same person was chatting with the other staff and only remembered our order because I was starring at her. Never even apologized for the delay. We were bringing smoothies to our daughter at Tewksbury Hospital, and the delay was not appreciated. Don’t visit this location if you value your life or your time!

Had the acai bowl here and it was great! Definitely would recommend to anyone. The nitro cold brew coffee was pretty bad and expensive but I’ll live. The vibes inside here are great and the staff were quite friendly and willing to help. I thought it was reasonably priced and quite great. They pay attention to allergies and care!

acia was bland and half of the bowl was granola. the fruit overpowered the bland acia and it was very sweet and hard to eat. would’ve rather spent 20$ at amazon berry..

I have weird food restrictions/allergies, and have a hard time finding smoothie and breakfast options at a lot of places. They make my bowl custom and it's always delicious.

Acai bowl was okay. I've had better for cheaper at other places. Almonds as an extra is a waste of money.

only buy if you want to spend upwards of $20 on literally just a bowl. add ons are way too expensive as is everything else. also a $4 difference from a small bowl to a medium bowl ????
