I am always amazed at how hard and efficient the staff are at this location. I have observed them keep up with a store that had at least 40 mobile and walk in customers and a never ending double drive thru without missing a beat or lose their cool . I love it there

I found the Starbucks on Osgood Street in North Andover a few months ago. The first time I went in there I was greeted with friendly smiles and hellos and I just felt very much at home. My experience has been mostly with Cindy and Wilson and I have been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. There's a lot of coffee places in that area, but the Starbucks on Osgood Street has won me over and has a customer for life.

This is my favorite Starbucks to come to, ever. Staff are always friendly, service is efficient, and my order is right 100% of the time. It’s a pleasure stopping here during morning rush hour & makes the commute that much more bearable!

I went thru the drive thru yesterday and was waiting there so someone can take my order a few mins go by and nothing I began saying hello but still no answer I waited for almost 5 mins and pulled up to the window I told the girl at the window hey I think your drive thru thing is broken I was sitting there for almost 5 mins saying hello and nothing she was apologetic and said it didn’t go thru her head set I was very nice to her i genuinely thought the drive thru speaker was broken she then walked away and idk it seems they had a quick meeting because all the employees were slowly walking towards the drive thru window to look at me still at this point no one has taken my order a older man with glasses walks up the the window and says “hey what was your order” I told him I haven’t ordered yet he the says “that’s why I’m asking” with so much sass I then say “actually never mind” and he says “okay bye have a good day” and slams the window shut on my face they made it seem as it was my fault they weren’t paying attention to the drive thru I didn’t give them attitude or talk to them in any tone. Not sure why everyone there was so upset. Will never go there again.
