Be aware everyone who likes to tip and appreciate the workers working for this franchise if you tip the workers online the franchise owner takes all the tip so do not tip online. I tried to give them cash tip they said we don’t take tips even if you tip us cash the Franchise owner has told us to put it in the cash register????? I feel sorry for the workers there they work so hard they should get all the tips.

Gone downhill in the past year or so. Very little ingredients on the sandwich. Literally was probably a spoonful of tuna on my sandwich. The subway close to my house in Maine is very different, sandwiches are great there. Wish I took a picture before I ate it.

This sandwich is on a new level. I had a chicken teriyaki sandwich and even through it’s teriyaki chicken isn’t as good as Little Tokyo in my hometown but it exceeds my standards for a subway sandwich. When ordering a chicken teriyaki sandwich, ASK FOR EXTRA TERIYAKI SAUCE. biggest mistake of my life. Overall 10/10.

I went in to this particular store today around 12ish and was absolutely thrilled with my experience ! The staff was incredibly friendly and provided amazing customer service( I wish I knew their names to shout them out!). Not only did they make me feel welcome, but also would ask me if “everything was alright”Also, the sub I had was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. They truly deserve a 5-star review!"

Put very little food in my sub, and it was the most stale bread ever, absolutely terrible.
Website says open until 10, door locked at 8:15. Employee just stares at me. Either it’s closed and you need to update or better communication.
