Got take out last night and somehow got and was charged for food I did not order. Called and they immediately had the driver come back around and return the money for that item while allowing me to keep it. Very friendly, kind, and responsive. I am impressed! Nice to have a spot that cares about the

Taki’s is out go to pizza shop in North Andover. They easily make the best gluten free pizzas we’ve tried and delicious normal pizzas as well. We’ve always ordered takeout and have never dined in here, but the service is always quick and very friendly whenever we visit. The Jamaican pizza is absolutely delicious and I would highly recommend if you don’t mind a little kick of spice!

This review is in reference to their pizza, food in general and a catering experience.First off, being from NY, I am very picky when it comes to pizza. Taki's actually totally kills it with their pizza game! I have tried several other places in the area and Takis is by far and large my favorite. And their garlic knots are great too! I have had various other foods such as their wings, subs and I have never really been unhappyI recently ordered catering from them for a baby shower. To be totally honest, I chose Takis out of total convenience and their proximity to where I live (where the shower was hosted).... but I received so many compliments on the food. People said it was amazing and kept going back for seconds and thirds! The ordering process was so easy as they only need 24 hours notice in advance. Due to bad weather, I changed the order date to a day later and they easily accommodated that request. They were incredibly easy and reliable and I am glad I went with them! You will have to provide your own tray holders and burners though just a heads up!It is so weird to think I moved to North Andover 2 years ago and weirdly enough Taki's is a place that I think of as a major perk to living here - their food is so tasty, the service is reliable, the employees are so nice and you can really depend on them!

Super fast service for subs. Friendly, cheerful staff always bustling since this place does a steady business, especially in summer and on weekends.
