Not a good value - there's almost no food for the price. My hubby got a chicken salad bagel sandwich with a very small amount of chicken salad for $10.00. He ended up eating more at home because he was still hungry!

Made an online order, confirmed over the phone. When I arrived to the restaurant they were closed due to an equipment issue.... That's all fine and dandy but a phone call would have been nice. No word on a refund for the food I paid for either.

Guys working there are nice, girls are not friendly at all. Hair needs to be pulled up when making bagels and helping customers with orders. Feel like they could do a better job cleaning the rugs, floor, and chairs.

This may be the cutest bagel shop I've ever been to. While visiting from out of town I had the chance to check out this gem and loved everything about it - from the welcoming atmosphere and entertaining pictures, to the most amazing asiago bagel I have tasted, to the incredible service. My family and I wish we had this bagel shop in CO... it's the best!

Parking: This is not about the parking but about the business side of the bagel cafe. There is a phone number they answer or return messages on. They say they have online ordering…..does not work….. i drove over from Methuen because their bagels are that GOOD….. but sometimes to find they have closed early…grrrrrrr Saying all that…i always go back because their bagels are great !!
Best bagels in the area. Tim, Mike and entire crew behind the counter work hard and are also very personable. Treat their customers like family. Also of importance, their sandwiches and bagels are delicious. I try a different sandwich each time I go. Partial to the farmhand and everything bagel. Scone are pretty good too.
Parking: There’s a shopping center with plenty of parking 1-2 shops down.

Best bagels north of Boston! For years it was impossible to get even a good bagel anywhere near North Andover (had to go all the way to Bagelsaurus in Cambridge). Then these guys showed up and their bagels are not just good but GREAT. Made fresh the right way, chewy and crisp with great flavor. Good prices and nice people too.
