The Loft Restaurant & Pub

The Loft restaurant is the worst restaurant I have experienced in my life time. I ordered seafood linguine for $32 which was advertised to have lobster, scallops, and shrimp; however, there was no lobster and only 1 scallop! I asked to speak to the manager who was confrontational and claimed the cook was over whelmed during the tourist season. I stated there was no lobster in the dish which should be corrected. The manager said she would call the police if I did not leave, so I left. Horrible!

This is such a great place for dinner and drinks! The bartender we had that day was amazing! I definitely recommend checking it out!

Not sure what the chi ken Gnocci sauce was. Great place wouldn't order pasta

It was just okay and I wouldn't recommend. To start, we were sat at a table with dirty dishes and my friends beer came out with something smeared on the glass. The waitress was nice about it and did replace it but still should not have happened. As far as the food goes it was pretty average. I had the pulled pork mac and cheese and for the price it's not worth it, it was pretty basic and I have had better elsewhere. My friends got the brisket burger and the steak tips and neither were impressed either. Both meals were very bland and basic. It was also very dark in the restaurant and hard to see. Overall I would not recommend.

Been going to this restaurant occasionally for years, It’s not the same. We had apps, and dinner. My daughters a I were celebrating picking a wedding dress. The Loft was always a go to for a celebration.The food was only so-so and the service as well. Could have been an off night but we won’t be rushing back.

Cozy atmosphere. The extra brisket was worth it!

Went after my grandsons hockey game. We called before we went because it was after 9p. Kitchen opened till 20p. It was quiet with exception of the bar and they had live music. We were greeted right away by our server. Food was very good. I had the chicken pot pie which was served in a casserole pan which was very good and filling. My son in law had chicken wings which he liked. Not on dinner menu was a Buffalo chicken wrap but server accommodated my daughter’s request and she said it was delicious. The best part was a hoodie cup for my grandson that came with the children’s meal and the young lady asked if he wanted whip cream on it. Great experience.

Cold food and small portions for your money!

I came in a couple nights ago and I had a server named Chelsea. She offered me and my party the best service that we had had in a long time in this area. She knew the menu very well and was very attentive to our party. I could tell she was really busy but was still able to check on us quite a few times and make sure that we didn't need anymore drinks. Would totally recommend to a friend and anyone who may be new to the area. If you go in, ask to be seated with Chelsea She's the best! Thanks again for giving us an exceptional experience

Average at best. Nothing makes me want to go back. The chowder is supposedly award winning but I thought it was terrible. It was very thick, loaded with potatoes and lacked flavor. Our waitress was also the bartender and not particularly friendly. The place needs a remodel.

The place is exceptional.

Warm, and relaxing atmosphere,
Good attention.
My food was very good.
The hamburgers are excellent, a grill flavor with a touch of sweet.
The potatoes a little soft but good flavor.
