We have recently begun ordering food for delivery from Thyme, and have just fallen in love with this restaurant. Not only is the food delicious - fresh, delicate, perfectly cooked - but this evening an item had been accidentally left out of our delivery. I called the restaurant, and they already realized something had been missing. While they do not have drivers for delivery themselves, someone who works at the restaurant (guessing a chef by his attire) drove the missing item to us within10 minutes. That is good business, and great service. Thank you!

The food is average. Sometimes they get lazy with the sushi and don't roll it tight enough so it comes apart. Sometimes it isnt very fresh. Stick to the hibachi or bento boxes, I really cant recommend the sushi. The menu prices are not accurate at the time of writing this review. They went up in price but it doesn't reflect that in the menu. That's not cool.

Read the reviews and had a similar experience as another guest at the restaurant I went with a group of friends for a birthday the server was nowhere to be seen most of the time it was mainly the food being made on the hibachi table they forgot my straw for my drink and no one else was there as it was almost closing and I had to get up and get my own straw as if they couldn’t take care of us and at the end of the service I left a $15 cash Tip kind of upset on the service and the waitress who was barley around had the audacity to say other people normally tip more well normally other waitresses tend to there customers especially when it’s your only table incredibly unprofessional on your half considering you guys addressed the bad review from a month ago with no change

I absolutely loved it. Look at the pictures, it doesn't do it justice. The staff was super attentive it not creepy. The food was 💯 the best I had. The soup tasted a little fishy but everything else more then made up for it.

The food was amazing I had 2 sushi rolls and my partner got the pick 2 habachi plate , the only thing that wasn’t great about this restaurant was our server she kept walking away from us mid conversation while we were placing our orders or asking for simple things she didn’t have a great attitude and when I had asked for a fork she kinda just threw it on the table as she was walking away and I realized I didn’t get the correct sushi but didn’t say anything as we got the check , I wasn’t planning on leaving a tip because her service was rude but she kept coming back and putting the receipt close to my face demanding one and I was trying to explain why but she kept cutting me off demanding a tip so I gave her 5% but next time I come I’m going to make sure not to have her and I reserved a spot with a special request because it was my partners birthday and they never did the request or even checked my reservation , I was only there for 40 minutes and left
I was having a fine experience eating here this past Thursday evening, until after I had paid my 40$ bill and tipped 10$, the waitress returned to the table with my card with a confused look. She then proceeded to ask me “is this with my tip? I kindly replied yes it is, as I believed 10$ was more than fair for a 40$ bill. After already making this an extremely awkward situation, the waitress then states to me that “usually people tip more than this” and asked me to give her more. I politely declined and assumed this very awkward interaction would be over with, but to my shock, she was not done. As I attempted to stand up to leave the waitress says to me “wait, tell me what I did that caused you to tip me so little.” At this moment i became enraged as I felt I was being harassed or being messed with as a 10$ tip on a 40$ bill is seems reasonable to me? Oh well, will never be dining here again and I will continue to share my story until my voice is heard as I felt harassed, violated, and disrespected by the poor choice of questioning, from one of your employees. This is really the best Japanese cousin in the area.
I would order lunch here frequently before 2020. Today I decided have lunch here after not visiting for so long. Sadly I was really disappointed with the changes in food flavor. Their Lo Mein used to be made with Yakisoba noodles and the sauce was wayyyy too sweet. Sushi was ok and the Gyoza was good.
The restaurant was pretty cold inside and dark. I think I’ll stick with Jade Restaurant next time.

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s still a favorite !! They are clean, kind and efficient. I absolutely love the spicy crab crunch role and pear martini. I went today after a sauna session and remembered why I loved it so much. The bartender Selena was so patient and made my favorite ( a pear martini). She also suggested I try the Pomtini. 10/10! I highly recommend
