Tripoli Bakery and Pizza - North Andover

Ordered food at 6:00pm. Received a cold pizza 45 minutes later that was not good. Also Missing 3 pieces of my order….soda, spinach pie, and chocolate chips in my cannolis (paid extra for that too). Called the restaurant and they blamed my uber driver. No apology or offer to make it right. Really disappointed.

I second a lot of the people saying the customer service here needs improvement. I came in to get a box assortment of pastries as a gift for someone — I asked the girl behind the counter what the prices of the individual items were (as none of them are listed anywhere) and she goes what? and again I repeat myself and says ‘what do you mean?’ And then she just starts talking to another girl and laughing. Second girl some what salvaged this experience. Only time I’ve been to this location - Lawrence one seems better

Staff are extremely rude . I placed an order for two slices of Hawaiian pizza at 6:02. Order said it would be ready between 6:10- 6:20. I go inside at 6:15 only two other cars in the parking lot . They tell me it’s almost done it’ll be a few minutes. I see an employee then put pineapple on two slices of pizza and then put in the oven. I didn’t leave until 6:35 with my two slices of pizza . One of the girls behind the bakery was really rude and had an attitude and was too busy flirting with other employees instead of helping customers .

Omg. The staff is so rude. Idek why. I had cakes from here that were amazing so I wanted to buy for my friends birthday. The person behind the cakes counter was rude and demeaning. I had to leave a bad review. Yikes. Cakes are good tho. ✌🏻

Always hit Tripoli when I'm in town. Whether it's for pizza, meat pies or any of the delicious bakery items you can nit go wrong. Priced good so you won't break the bank.

Parking: Parking Lot and more spaces in the rear lot of needed.
