Was served undercooked salmon and when I complained server did nothing. It was dark and not flaky in the middle. I didn't want to risk eating raw fish. Server didn't come back to refill popcorn or drinks. We normally like the 99 but we were very uncomfortable the entire time.

I enjoy the 99. The food is always great. You know what to expect because it's a chain. The service is really good at this particular one. And I can't get enough of those Gold fever wings... Atmosphere is okay. Again you know what to expect because it's a chain. All in all, yeah, it's the 99. You either love it or you hate it.

Just want to mention that this review is just based on my last visit and not a review of the restaurant as a whole. Our last visit wasn't the best, but it was mostly due to the extremely long wait (for food, for drinks and to pay) and also some moments of just having to repeat some requests, especially for something as simple as water. Overall, the food and drinks were good, but the service was sub-par.As always, the 99 is always a decent place for a meal. I'll give it a 6.5/10.
