The app. Didn't work right. Then the lady on was very rude. And they didn't have a drink we ordered and didn't want to refund us they wanted to give us another drink that cost 2 to 3 dollars less for the drink they didn't have. We will never go back.

Dark skin girl with braids is super rude. Every time I say please and thank you she shoves my order to me on the counter. Owner is super nice, just not that one girl.

The pretzels were pretty decent despite the white girl with glasses saying the n word in the kitchen.

I was there with my dad and my little sis and I’m 12 we ordered the combo with drink and sauce we got no sauce and no drink then we asked for them she ended up starting an argument infront of us and we left with no sauce and no straw for our drink.

Jenn is an incredible worker, seems to care for everyone. Can't go wrong with the traditional pretzel!

I love coming here as a kid and woulda given 4 stars but that staff member who was probably the lame excuse for a manager was rude to my autistic brother who is trying to be independent! Few seconds after he got up she pushed him aside rudely telling him to move if he doesn't know so that he's not holding everyone up!I ended up buying my stuff and decided to purchase my brothers food too (he was still deciding which probably got the manager even more upset since she can't push me aside since I've already placed part of my order) I hope I never see that woman again!

Rude staff. Forgot our dipping sauces, which isn’t a big deal as we went back and asked for them, but to pay $3 for two measly dipping sauces, not receive them, then get attitude when you ask for what you paid for is definitely not worth spending money on.

Pretzels were burned & tasted bitter.They didn't provide bags to go & my wife walked around the mall with Pretzels in her purse. Horrible website design.! We were charge double many times for the same orders. Gimmick offers..

I hate giving them one start but i had to . Rudest customer service along with management. Sad I loved this place but I've be dealing with the rudness far to long..
