While i was waiting for my order, another customer returned her fries, and the worker here just put the same fries in my bag.

I had the chicken California sandwich at their Hyannis location. They have excellent lemonade and I have been satisfied, not overly so, with their cheese steak sandwiches in the past, but the California Sandwich was off the charts too salty. I almost couldn't eat it. After finishing off my large lemonade I asked the staff members to put some water in my empty cup. They said they didn't have water, just bottled water. After I pointed to the sink the guy took my cup and begrudgingly added water to it. Corporate America has gone too far. When someone spends $13+ on a sandwich and a drink and is denied a few ounces of tap water that's bad business and horrible public relations. I will not be returning ever and I find that the corporate decision to not fill up someone's cup with water is corporate greed at its worst.

Pricey for low quality food. The subs are tiny the smaller cost $8 and the largest $12.

Stopped on my way home as I haven’t had this in a while… asked for a sandwich with NO vegetables and was loaded with lettuce. Didn’t notice until I got home and meal got cold while trying to pick out every piece of lettuce out of melted cheese. Maybe something silly to complain about but it’s a simple instruction that’s written on the receipt. I have a texture disorder so I can’t eat certain textured foods without getting an upset stomach. If anything it’s less work for the employees. Don’t recommend if you have a particular order you want in a certain way as you will be ignored. Imagine if you have food allergies. Yikes. Also called to speak with someone, spoke to a woman who then gave the phone to someone else and they said “you can come in for a refund or I can make another” and hung up. I’ll take the refund and will not be returning.

Was great years ago, but now the service stinks. The workers have bad attitudes. The food is still good tho.

The sandwich was not prepared the way I requested. It wasn't even prepared as the menu described. Because of the way it was packaged it was cold and soggy. I expected cold....but soggy? The sandwich wouldn't get soggy if you didn't serve it open faced. Just send it wrapped in paper. The fries were undercooked and soggy.

Steak is cheap steakum looking product. The taste is off from real steak. Wouldn’t recommend for the price you’re paying!

It’s literally Steak-Umms in a resteraunt save ur money the steak tastes like zebra meat . Would never eat from there again the meat was absolutely tasteless all I tasted was cheese

The cheesesteaks are awesome

Messed up the whole order and refused to remake it .. if I could give the service 0 stars I would.. the most unprofessional food handling and service I've ever seen Soooo disappointed
