Stopped on my way home as I haven’t had this in a while… asked for a sandwich with NO vegetables and was loaded with lettuce. Didn’t notice until I got home and meal got cold while trying to pick out every piece of lettuce out of melted cheese. Maybe something silly to complain about but it’s a simple instruction that’s written on the receipt. I have a texture disorder so I can’t eat certain textured foods without getting an upset stomach. If anything it’s less work for the employees. Don’t recommend if you have a particular order you want in a certain way as you will be ignored. Imagine if you have food allergies. Yikes. Also called to speak with someone, spoke to a woman who then gave the phone to someone else and they said “you can come in for a refund or I can make another” and hung up. I’ll take the refund and will not be returning.

This place is AMAZING, I've tried the location in Providence and Warwick malls, but nothing compares to emerald mall. They actually put in time and love with the food, are super friendly and kind people. Food is up to par and with the takeout boxes instead of wrapping foil, they take the win. The sandwiches still have crisp to them and aren't soggy like the providence and Warwick locations just the ambiance of the location is amazing. Whoever is in charge of this specific location should be payed more to go to the other Charleys and help them pick their game up. Everyone i see ordering at this emerald location always looks satisfied when watching the sandwiches being made to even eating at their table. Ive been coming here for a couple of years and will continue to come here for food quality, kindness and the hard work we as customers can see these cooks, and sandwich builders are giving. They never disappoint. MOST OF ALL I never have gotten food poisoning from this location unlike the other two. Theres two workers at are always there who make it the best experience and its a young lady who always has a smile at the register and when she goes to help the cooks, and another taller man who also shows he truly cares about us as customers.. these two are almost always there together and can show that they have great communication and team work when getting these orders out and making us feel welcomed.

We cannot say enough about how pleased we were with this location of Charley's! The taste was impeccable but truly what made the visit was the service. My husband and I both ordered the vegetarian subs along with cheese fries, as we have done for years at various locations around the world (military fam). You probably wouldn't guess this is such a delectable spot by the fact that this restaurant location is inside a mall and a not as popular mall in recent years by the sign of so many closed establishments. Highest compliments to the friendly and very helpful people working the day we last visited (last week of July 2022). Thank you for making the experience worth coming back, Sharbell and Jim!

The sandwich was not prepared the way I requested. It wasn't even prepared as the menu described. Because of the way it was packaged it was cold and soggy. I expected cold....but soggy? The sandwich wouldn't get soggy if you didn't serve it open faced. Just send it wrapped in paper. The fries were undercooked and soggy.
Steak is cheap steakum looking product. The taste is off from real steak. Wouldn’t recommend for the price you’re paying!

It’s literally Steak-Umms in a resteraunt save ur money the steak tastes like zebra meat . Would never eat from there again the meat was absolutely tasteless all I tasted was cheese
