Hidden Gem! Everything from the food, service and atmosphere and phenomenal. The chef will occasionally come around and say hello to the guests - really feels like you’re at home and I haven’t tried a dish here yet that I haven’t loved!

I'm going to let out a secret. This is a super quaint Italian restaurant hidden in North Attleboro. When you get inside you feel like you're in the North End of Boston or Federal Hill in Providence. And the food is just as good. That's probably because the owner used to be a chef at prominent restaurants on Federal Hill. But shhhhhh don't tell anybody.
Top quality ingredients, specialty bought meats and cheeses for the charcuterie boards. Super friendly staff, and there were a lot of them. We were surprised at the number of people working in such a small restaurant. I had the veal chop special and ordered it medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. Seared crispy on the outside and medium rare in the middle and the sauce was incredible. It went really well with the mashed potatoes. My wife had the haddock and the fish was incredible, however, she felt the tomatoes were a little cold and should have been cooked a little more. Other than that, the flavor was excellent. Overall an excellent place, we were there in the winter so we sat inside, however, there is a large outdoor seating area that I imagine is amazing in the warm seasons. The outdoor seating practically doubles or triples the size of the restaurant. I give it five stars overall, and you may notice I rarely give five stars.

My husband and I were on the hunt for a restaurant the Saturday after Black Friday to fuel up before heading to wrentham for a night of shopping. We were the first people there, right at 4:30. I was apprehensive to say the least BUT we walked in immediately we were greeted by the friendliest waitress (I can’t remember your name I’m sorry!!) We sit down and order our drinks, our lovely waitress tells us the specials, and we finally decide what we wanted. I got the pesto pasta with chicken and I can’t stop thinking about it. I love pesto, and let me tell you this is my new favorite. The chicken melted in your mouth. I got gluten free penne, it was cooked perfectly, and the pesto sauce was to die for. I can’t wait to come back!!

Cucina 38 may be small, but it’s mighty! My wife, our 6-year-old, and I had a wonderful dinner here. We started with the Burrata and prosciutto salad—those marinated roasted red peppers were outstanding—and the grilled polenta topped with their amazing marinara. For mains, we enjoyed the mezze rigatoni with perfectly browned sausage and the chicken saltimbocca. The martinis and tiramisu were spot on. The service was top-notch: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Cucina 38 made our night truly special!

This was by far the best Italian meal I have had in a very long time. Me and my family came to try this out after many great reviews from friends. We were safe to say blown away with the food and the atmosphere this quiet little place created some of the best food I’ve had. Arguably the best on the North Attleboro strip. The fish was my mother’s she thought was delicious and light. My veil special was heart tender and succulent. My father’s pork was delicious and grilled to perfection. The meal was a 10 out of ten and gives the other local Italian restaurants a serious run for there money. This was an incredible meal. A MUST TRY!

🥰Great Food, awesome staff, best drinks!
Another beautiful meal at Cucina 38! So lucky to have this gem close by!
Thursday I finally was able to try Cucina 38.
I ordered take out. The service time was accurate. I love a good linguine and clams. I've had my fair share of Italian food all up and down the east coast and this is one of the BEST. I chose the red sauce this time and the consistency and seasoning was excellent.
The clams to sauce was perfectly balanced. I ate so quickly that I remember the pasta as a perfect aldente and seemed good quality.
The bread was fresh.
The atmosphere was very warm and intimate. Small bar and comfortable looking seating arrangement for a small place.
I almost over ate and ordered a pizza as well... I've heard good things about the pizza.
This is a place where every dish seems worth a try. Not over priced.

We loved this place. My mom got their long stuffed shell special and it was mind blowingly delicious and fun. I ordered the 12 oz new york strip and it was cooked to perfection. As tender as any filet or tenderloin. The place is small amd quaint holds about 25 people inside. But the small size it what I feel makes this place incredible. You can really feel the effort put in between the food and the service. Our server lizzy was so pleasant and polite.
