Domino's Pizza

Usually the food is at least an 8 out of 10, but the service is lacking. The people who bring the food out to the car when you do curbside pickup, normally do not put the sauces in the little baggies they have specifically for the sauce cups. There's only like two people who work here that actually do it. The rest just put them on top of the boxes. If you know how people in North Attleboro drive, you realize that's not a good combination. Cuz when people slam on their brakes in front of you cuz they realize. Oh, I need to turn here, the sauces will fly off the box and either onto the floor or slam into your dash or so on. Management has already confirmed once that they're supposed to put the sauces in the bag every time, but I guess a lot of the managers on duty just don't care

I got poor customer service from a young lady with glasses she refused to give me her name I called to speak to the manager and she told me she wasn’t taking my complaint cause she is a sweet girl and to go on line to file a complaint . Poor people skills by the manager and the staff

I recently visited Domino’s, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were super friendly and efficient. The service was quick, and the employees really seemed to care about delivering a great experience.

The pizza itself was phenomenal! The crust was perfectly baked, not too thick, but just the right amount of crunch. Toppings were fresh, and the sauce was flavorful without being overwhelming. You can really taste the quality in every bite, and it’s clear they take pride in what they serve.

I also appreciate how consistent they are with quality—whether I’m ordering in-store or getting delivery, I know I’m going to get the same great pizza every time.

Highly recommend this Domino’s for anyone looking for tasty pizza and top-notch service. Will definitely be coming back!

Almost every time I order from this location there’s an issue —whether it’s the wrong pizza, dip or drink. Today was the last straw for me when I pulled a strand of hair from the Alfredo sauce.

My wife and I went to Domino's in North Attleboro at least 3-4 times a month for years. On my last visit I experienced a strange encounter with what appeared to be a new employee who asked me, "Do you Dahle". I found this odd, took my order and left. The next day my wife and I ended up at the doctor. We both had food poisoning and the doctors best guess was it was from the pizza. When I contacted the store they went into complete denial even after telling them exactly what the doctor said. Then I asked about the "Dahle" guy and what that was all about, they said there wasn't anyone working there that 'fit his description'. When I reported it to corporate Domino's I was told they are all independently owned and operated but suggested that they should at least offer a refund. So I called the store back and they agreed to a refund. A few days went by, but no refund. So I called back and was told 'sometimes it takes a few days'. Then it became a few weeks, so I called again and got another excuse. It's now been close to a year, called numerous times, but no refund or apologies. In the end they lost a customer that went there at least once (sometimes twice) a week. They also lost family and friends that went there. There are a million pizza places in town, I suggest you look into another one that cares about customers.

Had an order delivery and come to find out that my order was lost ( to be fair it’s a holiday) I drove down to see what the issue had been and was greeted very pleasantly by the staff. A very nice girl behind the counter was able to correct my order and even offered me a soda while I waited. Very good customer service. Pizza was great. Don’t know why the ratting are at 3.3. (Currently on line). Thank you to the staff great recovery .???

It's pretty good. I mean it's Domino's. I don't get it often, but it's something because I forget to take something out of the freezer for supper. How can you go wrong for two medium two topping pizzas for 6.99 a piece.

If you "remove" a topping from your order, rest assured that topping will be on it. If you ADD a topping, it will be missing. Consistently and every time - not a one-time thing.
JUST SHUT IT DOWN ALREADY

Edit: The manager was super nice and made everything right. Updating from 1 to 3 stars. However, the punk that answered both calls and outright lied to me should have no role in the workforce outside of court-mandated volunteer service.
