We get food and drinks from this location every Sunday morning and every Sunday morning whomever puts the food in the bags always puts the chocolate frosted donut on the bottom of the bag and everything else on top of it so that when you take everything out there is chocolate on everything except the donut that it's supposed to be on. I understand that this Dunkin employs alot of teens and today's teen are absolutely clueless about anything that isn't electronic but how about training your employees in terms that even a teen can understand that chocolate frosted anything doesn't go on the bottom of the bag. Not that hard to understand.

I don’t recommend it! the coffee always tastes watery, they never get the order right, the staff is rude and unfriendly, and one more thing if you have an accent, they’ll make fun of you. Avoid this place, it’s humiliating

I've never had a more negative experience in a dunkin. The lady handed me the wrong drink that didn't even look like an iced coffee. I explained i had ordered cream anda syrup on the app. She wanted to argue that i didn't. She said multiple times as if an app cant make mistakes. Then continued inside to talk about me, i could hear her, and the other employees were starring at me. Come on. Have some professionalism. I worked drive thru for years and would have never mentioned a remake if there was anyone else behind me. There was no one. Just me. I was respectful.
Hopefully this isnt a pattern for them.

Drink served was almost only half full. Shame on me for not noticing until I got to work, was in a rush. Shouldn't have to check if my drink is almost half full. Lady on the intercom didn't sound friendly at all, no "Good morning" or "How can I help you today". Just not a very friendly atmosphere. In the past food has been served cold but I've let it slide but an almost half full drink is the last straw, will not be coming back to this location.

I’m really disappointed with the lack of consistency at this location. As a regular customer, I expect my coffee to be made correctly, but it’s always a gamble. This whole week, I’ve had to go back almost every day for a remake. Today was especially frustrating—I received the wrong order, when I asked for a remake, they gave me someone else’s coffee instead. I had to go back through the drive-thru to let them know, and they casually said, “Oh yeah, your coffee is here.” I got home, tasted it, and it was horribly made. I ended up throwing the whole coffee away—again, money wasted and time wasted just trying to get a good coffee. I left very unhappy today.
That being said, I want to acknowledge that Mercedes is awesome, and some of the other girls that work there are super nice and always make sure I leave happy. Unfortunately, the overall inconsistency makes it hard to trust that I’ll get what I paid for. I won’t be back for some time now, hoping things improve in the future.

This location refused to make my drink the way I'd like it to be made. The daytime manager she jumped on board and totally dismissed my order as well. She was rude and condescending. She didn't offer a similar type drink or anything. Very unprofessional. This is the second time I've come to this location and the service was poor.

I usually go to this Dunkin but they have gone so down hill it’s terrible.. they just throw all the donuts in the bag, frosting all over the bag, donuts face down in the bag.. giving you coffee and not stirring it, they even gave me a breakfast sandwich without the top piece of bread on it.. I know these are first world problems but it’s annoying when I’m paying money for something and it’s put together so carelessly and makes a huge mess… do better
