They will mess up your coffee order 100% of the time. Last week I ordered decaf they brought regular coffee. Thankfully I noticed but today, I didn’t cos I was in a hurry.
Today I ordered decaf with oat milk. I got regular coffee with 7 sugars and 8 milk. I never have sugar with my coffee. The mixture tasted gross. Make sure to check your order or better still go somewhere else where they have listening ears and won’t cause you stomach problems. How hard is it to just stick to the order.

Donuts are ALWAYS fresh!! I go here a lot with my kiddos and it’s one of the best Dunkin’s around. I love that I know we can always expect fresh food. The line in the morning for the drive thru is usually pretty long (but hey! I can see why!) so I run in sometimes and I’m always greeted with a happy smile and cooperation with whatever I need (such as asking for separate bags for each donut). Love this Dunkin’s!

The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff are genuinely great people. They’re friendly and work hard, and I respect that. But honestly, after coming here nearly every single day for over 5 years and ordering the same thing—a medium latte and a toasted bagel with cream cheese (dark toasted)—I’m beyond frustrated.
This is hands down the most inconsistent Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. One day, there’s so much cream cheese it’s ridiculous, like I’m supposed to swim in it. The next, I can barely scrape enough across both sides. And don’t even get me started on the toasting. I always ask for it toasted dark, and it almost never is. Sometimes it’s not even slightly toasted—I’ve had to go home and re-toast it myself more times than I can count.
And as for the egg and sausage sandwiches? They constantly taste like straight-up freezer burn. It makes me seriously question whether the meat and eggs are being cooked properly—or even at all.
At this point, after so many years, it’s just disappointing. You’d think consistency wouldn’t be such a struggle.

Today this crew sucks I been waiting in the front counter over 5 minutes with staff looking at us me and the line and no contact what so ever....am writing this as I wait ! SMH ! ! ! Never see anything like it here.... And I come here all the time......

dude at the window was rude and gave me my order wrong 3 separate times and on the final attempt he told me ‘todays your lucky day’ he also rolled my eyes at me when i politely said that he gave me the wrong donuts the first two times i even apologized for the hassle! so now i’m stuck with 4 donuts and 3 munchkins i’m not gonna eat

Service was extremely slow, Drive though line was backed up around the building, didn’t received my full order, some employees just standing around doing nothing while other employees are rushing around doing everything try to fill orders, this happens frequently.
