This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was distraught by how I was treated. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and lacked manners when dealing with customers, which was very upsetting. Sadly, I’ve noticed a pattern of this behavior in the town, possibly linked to underlying biases. Overall, I’ve never encountered such rudeness before, and it left me deeply disappointed.

I was served cold hash browns with cold cheese sauce when I went to the counter to tell them that my hash browns were cold, the girl said well the hash browns that were behind the counter were warm I was not offered a replacement or even to have my order warmed up. I was not treated with respect as a paying customer and the girl argued with me. I ate the cold hash browns because that was my breakfast and I didn't have a choice. I would never come back to this Dunkin' donuts again, and I hope the manager takes note of what kind of people he has working in his store

Man, what happened to that place. Sure it got a new face-lift, but they need to get people that actually listen. Grabbed a sandwich on my way to work the last two mornings(Fri &Sat) they messed up both. I just wanted maple bacon on my sandwich with cheddar cheese. Denied both times, and got American cheese and no bacon on one and regular bacon on the other. Even though I was Charged both times for the cheese and Maple bacon. Definitely going to a different one now, my friends agree that this place is going Down Hill Fast. I never eat bacon, so I was really looking forward to the sandwich, instead I paid to be put in a bad mood right before work at 6 am 😑 She even Lied to me as I was leaving, asked if the maple bacon was on it, she Said Yes and I left for work. Wow.
Unacceptable. The man behind the counter took my order with gloves on, then handed me my food with the same gloves. As someone who has worked in management for Cafua, I know this is a direct violation of basic standards.
Staff was distracted, chatting instead of working. I had to repeat my order twice, and instead of speaking to me professionally, the employee waved me over with hand gestures—aggressive, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary.
When I asked for my coffee rolls to be bagged separately due to an allergy, I was flat-out refused. Allergies are not a joke.
To make it worse, my coffee was poured from a pot that ran empty mid-pour, then topped off with another. What I got was a cup with foam and suds—not quality, not fresh.
I left church expecting a simple, peaceful breakfast. Instead, I left disgusted. If this is the level of service Mansfield Management is confident putting out, it’s shameful. I will never return.

Dunks is always good. This place has some leaks from the AC on the roof but they were trying to manage it. People behind the counter are super efficient.

I ordered my iced coffee with less ice and the woman gave it to me with about 2-3 inches under filled. I asked if she could fill the cup all the way - like it’s always been every time I’ve order coffee. She responded “less ice does not mean more product”. Seemed like the manager could hear her so I guess that’s how they roll. Been going to this Dunkin for years. I’ll never never go to this establishment again.

This place has been a staple for our early morning baseball games or lazy Sundays for the last two years. The donuts have always been delicious, and the coffee’s been fresh and recharging too. With the new renovations, it’s like a brand new store. Beautiful inside and out.
My only complaint is that their Maple Donuts are so good, my boys eat them all before I can get one!
Customer service is great too. Today, I accidentally placed a double mobile order. I quickly called to cancel and they offered an immediate in-store refund.
They’re doing a great job and I thank them for keeping Attleboro Falls running!

Probably the most incompetent Dunkin I've ever been too. A coffee tasting good is a miracle for these guys and the food always looks and tastes like crap. Don't think they know what a toasted bagel actually looks like. 0 effort from the employees.

All the employees are outstanding very nice atmosphere and work very hard. Very efficient keep up the great work highly recommend great personality as well. $6 fall deal recommend delicious.
