Halligan's Bar and Grill

Nice bar with good tvs but the draft beer was warm. Got the meatball app and it tasted exactly like the ones in spaghetti-o’s. Bartender was inattentive, and on her phone. We had to ask for another beer every time, it was not offered. Bathrooms were clean at least. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The live music is a great addition to the Thursdays nights! Jillian was a very attentive server. Told me the fish and chips was a popular choice, and I see why. Huge piece of fish, wonderfully battered. Normally you can tell when places freeze their fish but they always have fresh fish. My wife got the short rib, which was so rich in flavor and tender. Overall, great time, great energy, great food!

Was here tonight. It was fairly busy on a Wednesday night. The service was awful, and beyond slow. We placed an appetizer order, which took about 45 minutes to come out. Myself and partner continued to wait for our main meals. We decided to speak to the waitress and tell her like we wanna pay for our drinks and eggrolls and we will be leaving. She stated that the food was being made right now. We waited a little longer, put down money and left. Just about an hour and we got two drinks and a plate of eggrolls. This place has always been slow, but this was awful service tonight.

Ordered short ribs as the special tonight. Got pot roast. Got told by both bartenders it was short ribs. Love their food usually but would have gotten the fish and chips if we had known. Old enough to know the difference. Not happy. Still was really good for pot roast. Pricey for pot roast and get told it still was short ribs. You decide.

I love the atmosphere of this place. The interior is designed and decorated with care and respect to firefighters. The food is very cleanly prepared and served, the ingredients always feel fresh. The serving staff is so attentive from the 4 times I've been there so far. It's one of my fave local places to eat. It's also a great place to grab a few drinks with some friends to watch a game. The specials can be really interesting 🙌

Tried burger and it was very good. Very nice bar waitstaff. Parking lot is small as it’s in a neighborhood. I’d recommend.

Service and food were both excellent! The firefighter-themed decor added a really fun and unique touch to the atmosphere. I had the fish and chips — the portion was generous with a perfectly cooked, crispy piece of fish. My boyfriend got the bourbon steak tips and they were absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

I called the restaurant asking about whether or not they locally sourced their food. Instead of getting a simple response I got put on hold for about two minutes. Moments later I can hear the phone being picked up for me to be hung up on. Customer service doesn’t seem to be a priority.
