Went in for a coffee stood there for 7 full minutes nobody acknowledged me not a hi not a be right with you one employee even went as far as to lean over the counter directly in front of me to grab a straw looked right at me and turned around a left because she has been there over her time already still without a hi or hey guys front counter or they will be right with you from her neither that staff is very rude coming from a honey dew myself I would NEVER treat my customers in that manner the dunkn crew appreciated the 40 dollar tip merry Christmas this honey dew definitely needs some customer service training

Usually I like going here but the weekend staff didn't really seem to put any effort in. My sandwich is overcooked and hard bascailly just threw it out and my mix drink you can see the syrup all on the bottom and the drink put in on top as if it wasn't mixed. Highly disappointed the plainville one does a much better job. I love honey dew more then Dunkin but I was very sad today to pay $10 for what I got
