The hot and spicy McChicken changed my life

This McDonald's location isn't bad but it's not really that good either. My hashbrown was barely warm and tasted unsalted. The sausage McMuffin was warm, not hot, had unmelted cheese and had burnt bits stuck to it. I get it's busy and they might not have time to clean equipment but take 30 seconds to give it a brush or wipe down so there isn't burnt residue in the food. I waited a few minutes in the drive thru with no one in front of me which normally would be fine, but for receiving not hot food I don't know why it took a few minutes. The mens bathroom is clean and has a koala kare station in the stall. The sink is on a sensor and timed so you get to wash your hands in very cold water with almost no way of letting it heat up because of the timer making the water constantly stop for a duration of time before it kicks back on again. Would I come back to this location? Only if I was driving by and starving. As of December 2025 there are far better locations such as North Smithfield, RI, Woonsocket, RI and Bellingham, MA.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. It took over 30 mins to get my order and when i finally did, this is what I received. It’s not even put together right. They also forgot the apple juice to my son’s happy meal and when i was waiting to ask an employee they just ignored me. Usually im pretty understanding but they weren’t even polite and this is unacceptable.

Honestly surprised by some of the bad reviews here. I really like this location, it’s the only one I go to. Sometimes I get the wrong item or have missing items but as someone who also works in customer/food service I know mistakes happen. I’ll go back through the drive thru to get what I need and the employees always help me out with no problem. Employees are always pleasant, especially Tina that I always see at the first window. Her positive attitude and smile always makes my day. We need more Tina’s in the world ❤️

I live in Maine and was down in Mass Christmas shopping. My adult children and I were hungry so we stopped at this location to grab some food for the 2 hour trip home. We went through the drive-thru, I had ordered a meal for myself, my two kids and my husband. A worker came to the window with one bag so I asked her if that was my whole order, she said yes. I pulled into a parking spot to check the bag to make sure we had everything before we got on the pike. My son was the only one that got his order. My daughters burgers were made wrong and mine and my husband's burgers were missing. My daughter went into the building to have them fix the error with her burgers and get the missing food. My daughter asked for 2 cheeseburgers with only ketchup, but received 2 burgers with ketchup, mustard and pickle. The manager had a worker remake the burgers for her 3 times until the worker finally got them right. I'm normally not one to complain, however, it had been a long day, and we had a long ride ahead of us. We were tired and hungry. If I had gotten on the interstate and not checked before leaving, this would have been so much worse.

I’m writing a review for both experiences I had from this location. One was door dash where my order was tampered with by a door dash employee.
The other was for when I was waiting in the 2nd lane drive thru and no one acknowledged me until I said something. Then 3-4 cars went ahead of me. I understand there are two lanes operating by 2 different employees.However, the attitude from the lane next to me was uncalled for. The manager seemed to also justify that she said very nicely that there was a problem. However, she did not. When I came in after to speak to the manager, I heard her saying “I don’t like that girl” and that was also uncalled for.
I am only writing this so it is brought to headquarters as this location seems to have more issues as of late then Plainville.

Not ok to not take someone who was waiting in line well before 3-4 other cars.
At least acknowledge the person in the 2nd lane or don’t have 2 drive thrus.
I will not return to this location. I will say that the manager did give me a free Diet Coke, but I will say he made up for the unpleasant experience.

I don't know their name, but this worker with pink curly hair is always there late at night whenever I go after work. They are polite, very considerate, great customer service. Always happy to see them.

Fantastic location. Staff extremely pleasant and I love the extra window for drive thru overflow orders by the front door. Never seen that at a McDonalds before. Saves staff from having to dash across traffic. Food was hot and tasty. Quarter pounder did not fall apart as I ate in car. Hate it when there is too much mustard and catchup. Well done!

I love right by this McDonalds and it’s been going downhill for years but today I reached my point of no return to this specific location. I placed an order for breakfast at 10:18 on my McDonalds app and arrived at the drive through right around 10:30 but had to wait a couple minutes for cars ahead of me. When I got up to the window at 10:32 they told me they didn’t have most of the order “because it was no longer breakfast” having missed it by TWO minutes. On top of how ridiculous that is, I got attitude from the girl working the drive through, as well as hearing her manager yelling about us to her in the back. Separately my friend also found stained blood on his chicken sandwich about 2 days ago. All in all bad location that I’ve had many problems with lately.
